Beaver Drown Cables and Earth Anchors

  • In the video i show another way to trap beavers using foot hold traps attached to drown cables. I anchor my cables using Pogo Earth anchors, and use a concrete block at the other end. I hope you enjoy the video, and hopefully learn something. Thanks for watching!!

      @@okfuskeeoutdoors224 we are running ts85's on drowners and nate 408 made our earth anchors ,they are like wolf fangs 3 times bigger . he did a video on them . love it that you are getting the kids involved .

      @@okfuskeeoutdoors224 the next generation is the future of trapping . when we started trapping in the early 80's nobody told their secrets .our community is awesome about helping new trappers learn .

    How long do you make your cable?

      Long enough to get to water that is deep enough to drowned a beaver. Usually 10ft is enough in most places. Thanks for watching!
