En este contexto significa lo mismo, si. Significa ¿Que pasa conmigo?. Si quieres preguntar ¿Que pasa contigo? va a sonar asi - Какво ти е? y si un medico te pregunta te dira Какво Ви е? или Какво Ви има?. En esta estructura vamos a cambiar la partícula posesiva.
