On this episode of Something Nice with Dinano - Faith Is A Dangerous Thing | Atheists Testimony, PT 2, Isa Conning continues on his journey from belief to reason. He questions if the Bible is God's word, concluding that, with so many errors, it cannot be God's divine word.
He also talks about what matters to him, what he believes in and what he lives for.
Isa asks an interesting question on the Bible's claim as the word of God. If God is perfect and the Bible is His book, written by men of God, inspired by His spirit, then how does one explain the differing accounts and inconsistencies in the Bible's account of Jesus' resurrection?
As a Christian, how do you answer this question?
I in turn ask him if Science always has answers, specifically asking about the Ceolacanth carbon dating issue.

Absolutely, faith is definitely dangerous. Richard Dawkins really saved my sanity. It's such a relief to no longer have religion in my life. I paid a massive price for it. So grateful to be liberated from it.

lovely content Dinano. I was brought up in an Adventist faith (3rd Generation), and went through all the rites of passage (Adventurers-Snr Youth), yet I struggled with the very same questions brought up here. Alas I gave in and left the church in search for "the Truth", still on that journey it's been a few months. Though I wouldn't label myself as an atheist, the Evolution Theory and the Big Bang Theory are absolute nonsense to me. I also don't believe in labels. The great injustice I suffered at the hands of Adventist faith was that Pastors and gospel workers felt the need to "polish" the word of God. Like the story of Jesus turning water to wine. My mind fails to comprehend how "grape juice" is a true miracle, shouldn't it be wine which takes years and years to ferment and mature? Plus that wasn't Jesus' wedding, why feel the need to have him disassociated with alcohol? I have many questions, but answers were a shortage in that space. Thank you for this, I appreciate the content.

He does believe in God he just sees through the cults who claim to know God

The problem is people follow books instead of God.
Bible and every other cult book is full of lies and contradictions.
