But there is a month of Abib Deuteronomy 16 vs1 and Leviticus 23 vs 5 and the first day of the week John 20 vs 1 that represents the feasts of the Lord and their seasons.

Thx Damano and crew for this priceless golden interview with Mr.Maponga. However i wonder y u didn"t include the subtitles for this documentary. Actually he mentioned some organized facts about my kingdom Buganda and he was onspot.Actually Buganda kingdom has up to 54 clans with each having a special duty to the kingdom. Thx to elder Maponga.

This man lacks spiritual understanding and is leading people astray. He talks about how Elisha told Naaman to go and dip himself in the river and says when people do it traditionally they say it’s demonic.
Whenever there is healing or any spiritual instruction there’s always a force behind it (a spirit) with from the Kingdom of light or from the Kingdom of darkness.
Elisha was a servant of the Most High so the power that was backing what he was instructing people to do was from God. There is always a force behind what we do what needs to be identified is whether it’s from the Most High or not that’s the difference.
If a sangoma takes herbs from the forest, performs whatever he performs with those herbs they cease to be just herbs cos now there’s a force (spirit) behind those herbs.
If I take olive oil and pray over it. It ceases to be just olive oil because the power of God will now be behind that oil cos I’ve prayed over it. So if someone just tells me to go and dip myself in the river ( like what this man is saying comparing that to Naaman’s situation) I need to know the source of power backing that person who’s telling me to go and dip myself in the river this is were the mystery lies so it’s not the same. His comparisons to the things of God and other rituals are not the same cos there are different sources of power backing those things.
There are only two kingdoms one of light and one of darkness (no gray areas) if you are not working for the kingdom of God you are working for the kingdom of darkness. It’s either or , theres no in between.
I hear you, you make sense...but to be fair, he was comparing the act it's self without delving deeper into the spiritual background behind the act...hopefully in future conversations we will be able to have a virtual audience where people can also add their take on a conversation in real-time so that it is an interactive conservation....thanks for your input

The book you so revere as the words of god is just an anthology of books. In other words, it’s a library of books written by different writers. Authors who never met each other and authors who have different opinions just about everything.
The Bible is a collection of stories written by different author who lived at different times and at different places, with different agendas and with different audiences in mind.
The 66 books were chosen and selected for you by those who saw and presented themselves as the dominant group and authority of the faith.
The Bible is a religious document and not a historical document.

That culture is in Nigeria amongst the Igbo and other Niger Delta people of Nigeria. They marry their brothers widows as parts of the traditions to not only provide for and protect such women, they give them offsprings, often do so when when those women were 20 years older than the poor young men who could be 20 and perform their spiritual and cultural duties to marry a 40 years old former sister in law. The culture is now being abolished by the modern people as men often use it to try and marry widows against their wish especially when those women don’t want to remarry and already have children or love their late husband so much that they refuse to give their body to another man. Those cultures described in the bible are practiced all over many indigenous African nations especially in Nigeria. The bible was written about Africans and not about Caucasians who did not exist anywhere on earth in their current skin colour when the original biblical stories first started to happen.
