Hello, I got these earbuds like a week ago and it’s been working fine. But since yesterday, the right earbud has refused to charge and it is currently dead. I have tried resetting but it still won’t work.
Please, clean the poco pins inside the case and earbuds contact points with methylated spirit and cotton buds. Then air dry and charge affected earbuds.
Please can someone help me? I have Samsung galaxy A52s .I've bought these earbuds everything is fine but my earbuds stop and play while playing a video or music. Video continues without sound and after one or two seconds voice comes then go then comes then go. How can I resolve this issue ive tried everything resetting restarting. I am having this issue onky with my phone. If i connect my earbuds to some other phone Android or ios they work smoothly. Can someone please help me why am I facing this issue with only my phone.
@@BracketReviews sure tried it all it just happened and it's frustrating I can't use both at once only individually cux they both pop the same name when I want to connect like I'm connecting different ears from different same model

Yes it happened to me many times. So i just clean the pins and it always works.

My buds dont connect at the same time but the connect individually. Tried the same method many times but doesn't work for me.

Update the software or restart the Bluetooth aspect of your phone.
