I made this today. OMG! it is so good!! Since I made a smaller amount, I put all of the ingredients into the pan, added the oil and let it heat up that way (less oil is hard to heat up without the pan burning). It worked out perfectly. Simple and quick. I added some red and green bell peppers and some leftover chicken. I love the shape of the Taiwan noodles and I have added this dish to my dinner rotation. Thank you for the recipe.
I can SMELL it from here. It looks absolutely delicious and somehow exactly what I'm feeling like eating lately. I am going back to last week video to make that Sichuan Oil just so that I can cook those noodles later this week. Thanks a lot. Subscribed 👍🍜
Thank you so much for the sub! You won’t be disappointed with making your own chili oil because of its endless application. Next week’s video is Dan Dan noodles btw! More 🌶 oil. 🤫😄
Thank you so much! I got it from Amazon. Nonstick but eggs don't slide around too freely without oil. So far it's holding up well without warping. I had the pot from before but this brand might have one too. Here is the link to the frying pan. amzn.to/3RMFL6S
Sir, THANK YOU. This was the first East Asian noodle dish I made that I actually liked… It was so good I was devouring it. But towards the end all the garlic and oil got a bit much.. maybe I will add less next time. I also used Taiwanese hand cut / ribbon noodles made from spinach & added some bak choi.

Many people skip oyster sauce simply because it's disgusting to eat a "sauce" made of squeezed oysters 🤮🤮🤮 Humans can be creepy when it comes to eating.
you could sub in a bit of MSG powder for the same flavor I bet. (And before I get the warriors in the comments, MSG. IS. NOT. DANGEROUS, it gives a small handful of people headaches and thats it. That was a rumor from the 70s and 80s which was backed by disproven science. Google it.)
Check out the chili oil recipe I used in this garlic chili oil noodles 😊: ruclips.net/video/nvJDms3qaZw/видео.html

I love your cook videos pls make more. What is ypur name. ❤❤❤❤❤
You said three tablespoons of oil, but what you poured in the pan looked like easily triple that amount. 😅
2:36 3 tablespoons of oil?? Did you mean 1.5 cups?? This looks good but that is NOT 3 tablespoons
Sorry I used about 1/2 cup of oil but a lot of it was left behind after mixing so really anything from 3 tbsp to 1/2 cup should work just fine.
What noodles are those
Damn, that's some serious calories you've got there
This recipe was delicious but I must have used too much of this Thai chili flakes 😂 shit was SPICY
That ain’t 3tbsp of oil son
Ok dad
😅bro that is definitely not 3 tbsp. Maybe 13 but definitely not 3 😂🤣
Garlic, chili flakes, sesame seeds *and some of that chili oil we made last week* (which I have no idea how it was made) recipe video ruined.
looks super oily
It is chili oil noodles but a lot of oil gets left in the mixing bowl, just enough to soak all the noodles when it gets to the dish.

No Option to Skip Commercials? Thumbs Down
Sorry I can't control how RUclips provides commercials.
