I’m a builder of over 25 years and never really have a good thing to say about anybody else’s work but this job is bloody exceptional, clean and tidy. Great job well done.
Bet you think you’re amazing
Any idiot can point brickwork
Our customers do

I am a builder of more than 50 years and also very critical of other builder's work but, this is top notch work well done.
Fantastic work, love seeing quality work worth every penny. Keep up the good work, guys.
Thanks, will do!
This is amazing. Was there a two stage process to grinding out the bad mortar and then taking back the edge of the brick slightly, to reinstate the sharp edge?
Great job. Someone needs to bring the window fitter back too!
Awesome job guys. Night and day of a difference..
Gouge out with a nail raker then grind back to finish? It looks neat but it does seem to be a very destructive method. What is the long term outlook? Cheers mate, we need more passionate blokes like you in the game!
A good question - it's like sanding / blasting back to make the wall near perfectly flat. If the original brick had no outer hard surface, then there's probably no harm in dressing the brick face back it seems to me.
Why are you sanding the face of the bricks.
It’s a f**king disgrace that some so-called tradesmen just screw customers over. There really should be some form of penalty or sanction for shit work. You guys may be more expensive than others but the old saying is true: buy cheap buy twice.
How can you make a 12mm that you cleaned out look like a 6 mm ??? Point it twice with coloured motar first then grind and fill with a lime colour maybe??
Absolutely awesome. Well done for doing a great job, looking after your customers and maintaining a clean site. Too many trades chase the money and knock the job out and quality is often affected. An absolute work of art.
Fantastic job, well done.
Bro how much did you sand off????
Cheap work ain’t good and good work ain’t cheap!
Even the sample they originally did should have been a BIG RED FLAG that they were chancers....I liked at number 210, but really this should be more like 2.1 million considering the skill required and the final restoration quality achieved - beautiful work.
Ideal wall product (Italian company) with an acrylic outer layer matched to the red brick, then using a straight edge and a round head gouge you strike in the lines exposing the inner colour or base material.
Excellent work, as a mason with 17 years exp your finish and use of the product is exceptional... Motivational to say the least.
At 16:50 you can see the base layer tucked into the headers.
It does look brilliant, im not sure how its done. But if your using a coloured mortar on the bricks iny experiance it doesn't last very long at all.
Im guessing you use something different?
Great work mate
Do you mind showing actual work in progres paint removing brick replacing repointing stone replacement etc
Regards Mario
I’d love to get into this type of work the job satisfaction must be unbelievable compared to house bashing, the quality of this work is incredible
Superb!
This is a fine example of why you pay the right money for the right job. Absolutely astounding workmanship, which is becoming harder and harder to come by these days.
Lovely finish showing the thin clean regular lines of lime mortar. Shame you did not show how it was actually done, rather than just a before and after, as this really requires skill and patience. Maybe you prefer not to give your secrets away?
Looks lovely mate, really neat! is it lime mortar that you're using? Will the colour stay on joints?/how long will it stay?
Do you have a video of the brick cleaning and excellent repointing work? The workmanship and attention to detail is fabulous quality.
I was never the greatest bricklayer but I was never that bad..
Bricklayer/Mason of 20 years. And this m8 is brilliant. Well done.
Glad you enjoyed it
Proves that the adage that you get what you pay for is true.
Brilliant job 👏👏👏
Chalk and cheese. Well done 👍
Your right 10 out of 10 job nice bit of work 👌👍
Nice work, well done!
Top top work
Incredible
Very clever what u have done, do you paint/stain the mortar red to get those thin mortar looking joints.
they most definitely used red stained mortar and then lined in another layer of white mortar. The conventional name is called tuckpointing.
Master Craftsmen at work 👍
Really nice 👌
Big joints than bob marleys
Your taking years off the life off the bricks spinning the face off.
Do you ever sand the brick, I've had mine Doff cleaned to get paint off but think it may have taken the 'kiln dryed' surfed off the brick. So I want to sand it a bit to make it better, would you recommend I leave it so as not to damage the brick further?
That’s some moody work .
How do you restore the bricks, exceptional job by the way
Tidy job tho
Theo whole lot been painted 😂😂😂😂
Painted lol 😃
Also you painted perps on 😂
Painted the perps definitely not 😂😂🤦♂️
If I came back home and found that first pointing job on my brickwork I'd probably bulldoze the house. An utter shambles...
superb work. messaged on instagram but no reply...
