Awakening Creativity Movement Experience | Artscape Creative Missions

This workshop, titled "Movement Experience: Awakening Creativity," is specifically designed for women from diverse cultural backgrounds. In the 2024 workshop, Ukrainian women living in Lithuania participated in regular movement sessions led by professional artists.
The project aimed to improve psychosocial health through art practices and discussions on their importance. As part of the Artscape Creative Missions program, this initiative focused on women who have relocated to Lithuania due to the ongoing war.
Over three months, Artscape educators - movement therapist Ugnė Sasnauskaitė and choreographer Indrė Ginkevičiūtė - conducted movement activities aimed at enhancing emotional well-being.
The workshop was implemented in partnership with the World Health Organization (WHO).
