Thanks for awesome videos and information on rockets! After watching this, I drove down to your business today and bought a zephyr :)

I watch on RUclips because I can stream from my phone to my smart tv. Keep up the great work, Tim and Company!

My shock cord looks like it's made of nylon while yours looks elastic. Is this a mistake?

We use nylon for the shock cord. It works just fine.

If you go to the Zephyr web page (link in the description of the video on this page), you'll find the first one there, and then links to the other parts.

I like to watch on RUclips so I can anonymously insult you and you don't know who is doing it and it makes you feel bad. It makes me feel superior. ;-) Isn't that the whole point of RUclips?
But seriously...In the next couple videos, where you epoxy the fins inside and out, there seems to be runs and drips everywhere. That's why I hate epoxy and use wood glue whenever I can. But I've never tried the alcohol trick. Can you really just wipe off all that mess and not have to scrape and sand it later?

yes as long as you do it before it kicks and starts hardening

Alcohol is good for removing excess epoxy as long as you get to it before it cures too much. Also, carpenter's glue like Titebond II are good for Rockets powered by H and I motors.
