I recommend You try Standard instead if you're new, it might be hard but the base difficulty forces you more to learn the more complex mechanics earlier, preparing you for the P stages, it's what i did, so once You complete your harmless run, go straight to standard :0
Aww. A new begginer player :D. I got some tips. Do slam storage to super jump. Here. Do a walljump and when walljumping immediately slide. Like press Lctrl when you are walljumping. And when you land on the ground. Immediately jump
great run! by the way, if you wanna skip the long climbing at the start, you could either slam storage, or if you wanna go simple, shoot the malicious railcannon below you to launch yourself up, and to restore the 50 health, attach the screw driver to gabriel when the fight starts and he is still flying.

oh look, a beginner with (presumably) no prior knowledge to the game. I suggest learning advance tech early on. I'm still a beginner when it comes to UK but because i learned important techniques early on, I managed to P-rank this level on standard on my first try. EVER.
if youre looking for more fun you should play on standard or violent. I'm sure youre new and all but harmless or lenient kinda fail to meet the purpose of the game ngl. Just an suggestion don't take this all "rahh i hate you kys" and personal i just think it'd be more fun for you to try playing less on assistance and try improvising a bit more.
Im just going to say i started ultrakill on violent and ever since my playtime i have never touched harmless nor thinking to and have p ranked every prime soul and level as of the update

i don't play Harmless exlusively because 200 hp is fucking cursed

also, you can get some extra damage with the green railgun if you punch it while it is in an enemy
I heavily recommend using SLAM STORAGE or ROCKET RIDING to significantly speed up the travel to the heart chamber.
I know what a slam storage is but what the actual hell is a rocket riding
