If you get chance to reply then I'd really appreciate it. I'm taking my friend (a girl) next May. It's costing us quite a bit for 10 days all enclusive. Oft the best jacaranda is brutal, I’ve been twice, food is rotten it’s like eating Asda basics for a week, no other options on site for food, entertainment is poor,honestly I wouldn’t take a free holiday to this hotel.

I was there 7 years ago and the hotel looked really nice but the main faults were it was too big and the food was disgusting 🤢
