Thank you very much for the video, I noticed you were still rubbing the uterus, how will you put the cannula and infusion and the rest procedure.

In real life, the midwife can’t possibly do everything all at once in 8 mins. Delegating other midwives to do it or the anaesthetist or other MDT that attends to the emergency would come to play. Most importantly, you are verbalising what you are doing or would have done is the key thing in OSCE.

You could if there’s the time to.
Sometimes the assessors just let you verbalise it and assume you have it on while you proceed to verbalising what you will do in the event of that emergency.
The station is put to you like you have your PPE already, this is an emergency, carry on.
