Budget Dragon Ruler Deck 2024 ($28.16!)

Dragon Rulers are able to special themselves pretty easily to the field by banishing dragons from hand or grave. To help load up the graveyard with dragons this deck has the red-eyes and the rokket package. The armed dragon monster would be another budget friendly way to play dragon rulers.
I forgot to include hieratic seals and you will want to add that for the deck.
