The Xyz are the adult versions of the Light and Dark babies Dragon Rulers. They are mentionned by name in the Babies' effects. There won't be a main Deck Level 7 Light/Dark Dragon Ruler.

Shamatisse is going to get banned. You can Send Tidal with Shamatisse to dump a floodgate monster like Amorphage Goliath, Kristya or Spell Canceller then Reborn them on opponents turn with Shamatisse dumping Redox to lock them out of the game.
And the worst of it , it cannot be ash (same rulling as verte, sending for cost, and copying effect) only veiler imperm ogre can prevent it

Using white xyz's effect I think all 4 of the og rulers have their own perks depending on match up, like a well timed pop can ruin some combos, a reborn has its own potential, a foolish for anything is insane, or a search of any dragon monster which includes the bystials

Disaster is like Exosister Magnifica with its requirements being 2 Rank 7s. You use the quick play spell to xyz summon disaster using Chasmatis and Eclepsis. Then you attach the four other dragon rulers that are banished.
There already combo new Dragon Rulers with new Dragonmaid

If u can make the 2 new lvl 7 synchros (which is pretty easy) u can on ur turn use white xyz tidal effect foolish barrier statue set new spell pass their turn use white again turn into redux reborn barrier statue so that’s a flood gate with a spell trap negate and u can use the set spell if they out all that and make a chaos emperor dragon that’s untargetable and play skill drain main gg

I would advise Yacine to hold off on the combos for right now. I suspect that we are getting 2 level 7 dragon rulers in the form of effect monsters. Light and dark to be exact. Disaster needs 6 dragon rulers for it's last effect to work is the reason for this.
the big light and dark are the XYZ monsters.
Disaster's material requirement is 2 RANK 7 monsters, so you use the LIGHT and DARK Xyz as material, and then attach the other 4 Dragon Rulers for a full wipe of the board and GY + a 4600 towers.
Zzzz boring make a video when we get new Cydra support or retrains of cyberdark horn,keel and edge that allows them to use dragon and cyber dragons to connect.
