This one was super hard to follow. He played anywhere from 1-5 hands and the side bets were anywhere from $500 to $5,000. Deals 41-44 (at 46:32) were really bad for blackjack, but over those four hands he profited $33,000 on side bets. Best hands were deal #3 (at 1:42) with a $45,000 profit and Deal #28 (at 20:30) for $37,000. Side bets are terrible for profit over the long term.
@@gregscharlach5347 I counted cards from 1962 to 1965 At that time in Lake Tahoe you could only bet 500 for one hand... We were playing against one deck and it was very hard to win.. In BJ you cannot bet the same amount on every hand because you have to hit before the dealer.. Most gamblers bet on a number of diffferent things.. Like sports , horse racing and so on.. I believe if you are smart enought to win at BJ there are better ways to spend your time Thanks for the rundown it was interesting
