ME3 Killing Padok / Eve Funeral with Wreav / Follow up Conversations

- In my mostly renegade playthrough, killed Wrex in ME1, destroyed Maelons data (and killed him), Mordin died in ME2.
Shepherd looks sooo guilty in his conversations afterwards ha.
Also hate Wreav sooo much - Игры
Ohh, he doesn't even make it out of the elevator. Damn.
Mordin drags himself across the floor attempting to reach the console in time, and dies literally within reach of it.
Wiks just dies on the way up the tower.
That’s almost even more tragic
Mordin's just built different
Everyone else: Great work curing the Genophage. The Krogan must love you.
Javik: lol, fuck them battletoads
I always thought they were turtles
To be honest this is probably the only justified way to kill either Mordin or padok as the consequences are worse if wreav survives
but why kill them? If Wrex died prior to ME3 and you destroyed Maelon's data, you can easily convince Mordin/Padok to sabotage the cure without having to kill them. Actually it's the only situation in which they will accept to sabotage it if you persuade them.
Well Mordin at least helps with The Crucible, Padok just retires as a farmer to a random colony. (But farming, really? Man of your talents?)
jarmoksvk “It’s a peaceful life.” 🤣
@@TheRealWALLABI Why kill them?
If they are dead they can't talk
Realistically even if wrex is alive but eve is dead.. wrex is just one krogan... can't hold all krogans in check
Hearing Padok whimper and groan made me tear up. I'm glad I've never had to do this to either him or Mordin.
RavenholmZombie you couldn’t do what has to be done
@@AOTS123 But I did. Curing the Genophage with both Wrex and Eve alive.
That part made me so sad, he died alone and in pain, betrayed and denied the redemption he fought so hard for.
"Of course you do and that choice will be remembered for eternity"
Shepard kill.
"And somewhere, deep in the fabric of your save file, that choice will be remembered for eternity."
"Eternity will remember this"
How could you shoot Not Mordin?!
Pretty easy it wasn’t mordin
@@Gangkoyt It was Not Mordin though. :(
“No mourning” for “not Mordin”
I've never even seen these options because I could never bring myself to kill Wrex, and lose Mordin....
Pretty insane that bioware made scenes for such specific situations.
after getting mordin killed the devs gave you a second chance. good to see you squandered it
You missed a later conversation with Garrus where he realizes what you did (and congratulates you on it)
Hate Garrus? You hate a guy for being your friend through the best AND the worst? What the hell?
@@janmedeus3070 he's abit of a yes man
@@jakemorgan7242 not entirely. He was against Shepard when trying to stop him from killing Sidonis, otherwise his views actually generally line up with Shepard’s because most of the time he’s the most morally gray character on the crew.
@@1005rhys true garrus is overrated
So Garrus realises you straight up murdered a fellow Salarian but the Shadow Broker didn't?? Damn Liara get good at your job
for the record tho, Pallin respected Garrus as an investigator back in his c-sec days so it's safe to assume he's great about deducing facts from given information, and Liara was solely focused on using and pooling all of her Shadow Broker intel and resources to help with the war
True I guess that makes sense. Still, she knows about Tali's 'play-thing', so idk lol
Nothing about what was said between the two in this clip suggest he knew, in fact you have the option to come clean later (at least when it was Mordin never had that scene with Padoc). Also what do you mean by "'a fellow Salarian" Garrus is a Turian. Lastly maybe in time Liara could find out about what happened there but it would take time and she would need to think to look into it so it isn't that surprising she didn't know right away ether.
I could never do this.
I really love the Krogan, Wrex and Eve. :/
this is wreav, he deserved it, fucking wreav
Ironic how if Wrex is dead you get more war assets.
yeah but you pretty much sold your soul for it
You score the Salarian 1st Fleet (150 points) and Mordin Solus (25 points), but lose out on the Krogan Mercenaries (75 points) and have a cut in war assets as Wreav is worth 25 points and Wrex is worth 30 points and if Maelon's Data was destroyed Clan Urdnot loses 50 points, so in actuality, in the long run it's about an 80 point difference
At least mordin was able to stay alive long enough other then padok that's just how determined and personal it was for mordin
This is like the worst case scenario lmao. Wrex is dead, his ass of a brother is clan leader, Eve is dead, Mordin and dead, I mean seriously Jesus Christ
Oh so this is like the worst way this mission could go
surprising that the shadow broker didnt learn that the cure was a fake
"objection noted"
Only time the Genophage should be cured is when Wrex and Eve survive. Wreav would weak havoc.
Shepard: Sorry Wiks, couldn’t have been you. You would’ve gotten it wrong.
oh Wiks just dies in the elevator, he doesnt even make it out of the elevator and crawl across the floor like Mordin does. Never saw this.
What about the part where you confess to Garrus about the sabotage?
Man this is some evil shit
The saddest outcome.
Wait why not have the conversation where Shepard admits to what he did to Garrus?
Nice. :)
Some medieval shit
This is the best option regardless of who is left to lead the krogan, Wrex is old and eventually someone closer to the median krogan in terms of attitude will take over and the krogan will try to take over the galaxy again. The galaxy needs time to heal after the war with the reapers and the krogan have shown they are not capable of change that isn't from the top down.
The problem with that theory is that Krogan can live past a 1000 years old if they get the chance. If Wrex survives and every Krogan knows he had a hand with curing the genophage. Every Krogan is going to see him as a hero or at least know that he has support even though he does not follow the old ways.
@@steellegion7054 the problem is that Wrex is old. Like really old. He probably fought in Krogan Rebelions wich was like 1300 years ago. He could probably geting even older but there is another problem. There is conversetion with EDI when she talks that one Krogan female can lay 1000 egs in one year = 1000 ofsprings. And there is like bilion Krogan female on Tuchanka. Hell, even if only 1% Krogan female would be cured of genophage there will be over 10 milion children in one year. Krogan would overrun Galaxy once more, like just before Krogan Rebelion.
I feel like Wrex and the mother would leave an impact however. I admit the thought of a boom of Krogan is alarming. Think bout it however, they destroyed themselves with technology that wasn’t theirs. Created by the salarians to destroy their enemies. Not to mention putting the genophage on them. They became monsters not just by themselves but by influence, and fear of their power. It be repeating history to do such genocide once again. Let them grow and spread. Treat them as equal. Everyone saw them as mindless brutes but they could be more. If a war was to come with them so be it. Even a savage varren knows when to rest rather go hunting in the burning fields, krogan wouldn’t make the same mistake with a gift of the cure
@@sethgray4979 well, you know that the Krogans bomb hell out of Tuchanka? First thing they do after developed nuclear weapon was to make radioactive pile from their homeworld. Hell. Before they developed guns first couse of death were predators, after that shoot wounds. It's not like the genophage was there for no reason. During Krogan Rebelion there were using space debris to destroy whole planets. Like you know, Balak from Mass Effect 1 and Bring Down the Sky DLC. The only valid reason why you should cure the genophage is that you don't know how long it would take to beat the Reapers. You don't know the crucible will work. And it took centuries for Reapers to beat Prothean last time. Having Kroggan is like having unlimited manpower.
@@emaldir4067 I did not i will admit. If we are to admit mistakes of species then, quarians have no right with tech for the geth. Salarians should not be near any form of genetics, and humans should be responsible for the actions of Cerberus. Being responsible for anothers actions is bad enough. Surely all living beings deserve a chance however. In the ending we have no signs of war when wrex is urdnot. The genophage would even start a big war. Sure the krogans would be defeated but at what cost? They could learn to adapt and destroy those that oppose unless one would be willing to show that not all aliens are bad, and can be willing to work with one another. If that fails I be willing to fight against them in a war, but not with a genophage in desperation. I'd rather cripple their tech and weapons. Not their genetics, mind as well make them go extinct
