When the detectives let you smoke inside during questioning, you’re going to prison for a long time. Bye Tamara.
I was gonna say, gotta be an easier way to get a free cigarette
I can tell she is a new smoker. No one I know, myself included, holds a cig that close to the palm. Plus the gagging and choking on the second one in an hour. All she can enjoy now in life is some cigs so I hope she is happy in her new home.
@@shotzonyou she said she was only 18. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was influenced by her peers
I was thinking the same thing 🤣
What happen now
Committing armed robbery while on parole for armed robbery has to be one of the dumbest things a person can do.
Amen!!!!!!!!!
Some people just belong in prison
only thing dumber is our court system who lets them out all the time
the part that pisses me off is that she was allowed out know how many times this happens when they let someone out and they end up killing someone is getting crazy
People that commit crimes like this I one hundred percent believe they suffer from some kind of mental illness, because no sane person would do that but regardless, they still need to serve time to the Max
To get out on parole just to get locked back up for murder is crazy 😩🤦🏾♀️
It's normal for POC
Thanks for your bot opinion.

I bet the most common 2 phrases cops hear are "my phone broke yesterday" and "I've had 2 drinks tonight".
If you don't want to spend the rest of your life in prison, don't murder anyone. Simple really.
Or simply be a law abiding citizen and get a job and work for things like everyone else in this world!😡😡😡
The trouble is, the dumber you are, the smarter you think you are and the less you think about the cameras - so, the more you think you're going to get away with it.
Thanks, now I know

It’s hard to even wrap your mind around a little 18 year old girl cold blooded just shooting a man dead. She’s trying to play hard, but she’s definitely not. She is in for s brutal awakening.
Yea that's the mentality of a criminal lol
Yeah that’s the mentality of literally anyone facing down life in prison. You’d be the same way

She isn’t crying because she feels sorry for killing the man, she’s crying because she knows that she’s screwed.
Right. What I hate most.
@@SupermanPrime777 wrong!! there are some straight up disgusting monsters of women that wouldn’t even cry for their momma laying limp and cold in the street. It really hurts your point to ignore how there are really some unemotional and blood chillingly cold monstrous women out there. Ex. Look up Angela Simpson. Disgusting demon of a woman who recounts her torturing and murdering a disabled man (ripping his teeth out, impaling, stabbing, beating, etc.) with a flat, emotionless look on her face. Some of us women are the opposite, not emotional enough and it makes them just as evil as the ones blubbering when they’re the problem.
Absolutely right.
Damn I know someone with an IQ around 20 give or take a few and he’s pretty much in the clouds 24/7. And wasn’t bright at all but a glimpse of light did show the last time I kicked it with homie, I wonder how this persons mind works at 7. I can actually imagine.
Exactly what I just said!!
Doesn't matter if he was an off duty officer. He was a person that's all that matters.
She needs to be put down not gonna lie I cant think of a single purpose she serves there is no redeeming quality
I disagree. It matters greatly.
@@johnjaeger2968 why?
@@sally---- because who the victim is/was has a lot of bearing on the matter. If someone robs a store and shoots one of the clerks, does that not matter? Shooting someone with no power to resist implies that it might have been a thrill killing, for example.
I'm not saying that the crime should be treated as lesser or greater than other crimes of a similar scenario- with the exception of crimes against children and uniformed police. And the latter is merely a matter of practicality.
This isn't a woman who shot at a uniformed officer. Unless they can prove she somehow knew that he was a cop, then she shouldn't be prosecuted as if she intentionally and knowingly shot a cop, because that might provide motive where there wasn't any. While I generally support police, I've been known to lambast particular cops for being shitheads or menaces. Those words shouldn't be twisted to imply that I intentionally murdered a random cop who did a no-knock raid at the wrong address at 3:00 AM because I woke up to bangs and screaming in the dead of night and acted in reasonable self defense. And it's not just a matter of personal interest, but one of civic interest - in neither her case or my hypothetical scenario do we want the media on either side making it out into something it's not.
Anyways, I haven't finished the video yet. I am undecided on my impression of her intent here, not that it really matters what us YT lawyers and ethicists think at the end of the day. I don't know if it was intentional, but I do think she's a menace either way for showing no remorse or concern whatsoever thus far.
@@johnjaeger2968 lol all you're saying is that a cop's life is more important than other people's. He wasn't on duty, he was anyone.

Blows my mind how many people don't realize that if these detectives are still grilling you for hours after hours they obviously don't have their "clean cut" 100% conviction on you while they make it seem their helping you make yourself look like less of a monster with your side of story half the time of they just lawyered up from the start nit saying a word they'd sometimes be free
All because you needed a freaking ride 🤦🏾♂️ just ridiculous. My deepest condolences to the Bartek family and great job interrogating by law enforcement.
As a local to Cleveland, I appreciate the professionalism of the officers. Thanks for covering this! It was heartbreaking to hear about it when it happened.
I’m not gonna lie I actually appreciate the unprofessional ones mocking and ridiculing these scumbags lol.
This was a simple case. Also ohioans are as dumb as it gets, so solving those cases are as easy as pie
loved the Cleveland Indians
This.
It doesn’t matter their opinions on the criminal. Anyone who thinks it helps the situation in the slightest to insult and ridicule is sadly full of rage. Yes, it is very easy to be angry about this girl’s actions - but it doesn’t help anyone or anything to let yourself get taken over by it.
These officers did a fantastic job in getting the truth, getting it quickly, and doing so with dignity. The criminal was prosecuted appropriately, and the victim’s family even agreed the girl did not deserve to die for her crimes.
Love is the only way forward. That doesn’t mean we have to let people get away with these things, it just means that we don’t have to carry the burden of anger and hatred around with us.
She deserves what she got.
The officers did a great job.
And I admire the victim’s family for their strength and compassion.
@@pipplypaul2620 So beautifully said.
Shes 19 and will be in her 70s when she’s eligible for parole. The off duty officer was a twin and now his sister is a twinless twin. This woman is scum, she had every opportunity to turn her life around and chose to lead a life of crime and violence.
Not defending her at all, but how do you know she had every opportunity to turn life around? To be so young and committing these types of crime it's likely that this lifestyle was all she knew. Again not defending her.
She killed him the same day she got out of jail...soooooo...and said her brother's in jail too. Right and wrong - you don't have to have a big IQ to know the difference.
@@Amberlynnslivertit I know because I did my research. Also she was on parole before. Do you know what parole is? Also I know because I have family that have turned their life around as well. Government benefits exist to help those that can’t help themselves. No-one is left with “must commit crime because I have to” hence why she was sentenced to 50 years. It does sound like you’re defending her.
@@Charlies_Factory asking how you know your facts does not equal a defense of the accused. Why is this so personal to you lol

It's a refreshing change of pace to see an interrogation where the criminal isn't a mastermind 🤣
Ha! :)
Murderers always explain away their murder with stories about how they traded around their cars, guns, and phones to other people as if it's just a normal everyday occurrence to do that.
I grew up in the hood, and it's not that unusual to do this when between everyone on a whole city block, there's only enough money to afford one of each.
Who else didn't believe "Ced" was a real person at first??
In the family of the young man she murdered, didn’t push for the death penalty. That shows you the kind of people. They are loving, caring people. This monster gets to go on living and a young man doing good for his community and his family is gone forever. Very very sad.
"I don't work anywhere".
THAT my dear is the rub...🙄🤐
She was offered a second chance when she was granted parole. Just to get out and do something worse!? She’s a damn criminal that needs to be in jail
No jail. She needs to be put down.
She be in jail for at least 47 years before eligible for parole. As she has to serve at least 22 years mandatory for the firearm charge before serving the life sentence. She be over 60 years old if she makes it to live to that, so her life over regardless, likely she have to serve way more then that as they deny parole so she be over 70 years old.
@@thetechgenie7374 Lots of time to stop smoking
@@thetechgenie7374 Good.
Yeah the last time she was in jail she knew she was going get out and do the same criminal acts which caught up with her and it always will.
I was living in the apartment they crashed the vehicle in. I witnessed the whole event when they sped from the cops and crashed the vehicle. There was a helicopter with a spotlight flying around looking for them. I was in my apartment. I'm standing there amazed watching this it was at 11:45 p.m. almost midnight. It was crazy.
scary how calm she is after what she has done , soulless , her brother is in jail and most likely her entire family is in and out of jail , criminality is probably genetic with her entire family

We being surveiled by so many cameras is a slow invasion of Big Brother. No one in a self defense can say "they didn't mean for the gun to go off."
I’ve seen several of these now where the person said they weren’t the murderer because it wasn’t their gun…Oh I’m sorry, I didn’t realize guns only fired for the person that bought it.
Officer worked hard to buy his car. People like her think they should own what everybody else worked hard to own. Damn shame. Next time she'll wear gloves.

What next time?
Because next time she’ll be in jail

Two lives were lost. Tamara will never be able to do a 180 and contribute something positive to this world. Shane will never be with his friends and family again, he won't get promoted, attend birthday and anniversary parties, he won't wake up having a bad or good day. Shane won't be a part of the world as it changes, making a difference daily, retiring, vacationing, laughing, or crying. No, it hasn't changed actually. That's what it's still like for non-black teens. Nothing changed, just follow the age old adage - around blacks, never relax.
This officer did an incredible job interviewing her. He studied her well, was smart in how he responded, used his voice. Excellent. He clearly understands this personality type.

She doesn't give a hoot about the man she murdered. What an excuse for a human being! Who the heck raises someone like this???
I just do not understand how someone could conclude she does not deserve the death penalty. If not caught this time, she would obviously kill others.
Well. She is a black, fat, female. Asking for her death penalty would be raycist, sexist, and fatshaming, and the people asking her to be killed, would get death penalties themselves!!!

She took a life over a car and she killed before as not her first time as she was acquitted of murder once before. So she had a second chance already. This is a really good one and I haved watched a whole lot of these interrogation videos but this 1 gets a oscar its so funny that she acts so sincere when the detective tells her what happened are you serious 😯omg 😆.
That bloody camera rattling throughout the entire thing irked me 😂😂😂
That’s a police officer with a body cam that just lost his brother in blue. You can imagine the anger and anxiety and pain he is feeling. He’s probably a nervous wreck trying not to jump over that table at her.
The interview was actually recorded from two separate room cameras with audio which is not depicted here. This video is actually a portable WCS camera used as a back up should something go wrong with the internal recording system... This video is not the video used for court purposes... Just an FYI..
Jesus, she basically stacked every possible modifier on one crime and speed ran minmaxing her sentence. You would have to be a very smart and ruthless person just to be able to plan and execute to match what she pulled off so effortlessly through sheer depraved stupidity.
That is EXACTLY was this type is! Filled with depraved stupidity!
Yeah, it would take some serious effort to replicate that kind of f*ckup...
She’s not sorry it happened, she’s sorry she got caught and couldn’t lie her way out of a box.
How can you be human on any level and kill a man over his car? It's just unbelievably cold. She knew all night as she partied and drove around in her victims car that she just ended his life and left him scared and bleeding on the ground. Horrific.
Take note, also, of what the officers tell her after she confesses. That they have no sway over or say in what happens from here on out. They are absolutely lying when they tell you that you can 'help yourself by telling the truth' or 'I can't help you if you don't tell me what happened' etc etc. Just ask for a lawyer and zip it!
There's way too many people exactly like her out here running around with no regard for nothing.
