- Molly Corbett and her father Tom Martens appeared in Davidson County court on Monday.
Corbett pleaded no contest to voluntary manslaughter while Martens pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter.

Abaolutely disgusting they were charged by a jury and then let off. I wonder why wouldnt have to so with him being retired from the fbi

I've never in my life seen a more disgusting case of injustice towards the victim and his family. This was a vicious murder, and for the prosecution to accept a plea deal that basically let these two animals off with a slap on the back of their hand. There are prisoners serving life without parole for doing less what those two did. This decision was made because the trial was expensive and the victim was a foreigner, that is clear for anyone to see. The Judge should be ashamed of himself, he is absolutely unfit to sit on the bench.
Hope they get time for the Corbett family and his children the original sentence should have stayed intact
They better not walk on time served they only did two years total!!!! They better get at least 10-15 more!
Ya they’re they got 51-72 months aka 3 and a half to 5 years and they already served 5-6 years so they’re getting out soo n if they haven’t already been realsed
