If you fatigue, is it better to reduce weight load or alternate arms? Also @midas can you do a 40 min (or at least 30) unilateral workout? Isolating each side? Either full body, or a series covering each muscle group unilateral/single dumbbell isolation work? Can even add an abs burnout! Sometimes it's nice to really isolate! Or if 3 set, left then right then both etc. Anyone else interested?
Midas , how can I perform progressive overload at home with adjustable dumbbells ?? I can adjust my dumbbells to 4 kg, 6.5 kg and directly to 10 kg. I think jumping directly from 6.5 kg to 10 kg isn't a great idea and I don't want to increase sets and reps number and I train till failure but feel no soreness. So please help Midas.
Newer is always better if you are beginner but if you are already in a workout routine than you can go on old video for eg push pull legs They are also having same exercises
