I genuinely love Vernon so much, his personas on and off stage are so different but both fit him so well. He's so into music and produces so many of seventeens songs, I can't wait for him to drop a full solo album
what's funny is that vernon is actually pretty extroverted!! however he's so comfy with the other members that they let him just kind of exist his own world sometimes- you'll see that in the soop! it's funny bc vernon and seungkwan have the same mbti and it actually makes sense even though everyone was ?? at first lol it's a fun going seventeen series they've done about mbti's
I think it's the extroverted version we get to see on stage. I think that's the part people get wrong about extroverts, they don't have to be loud but rather they gain their energy from being with people. And when you see concerts you can definitely tell he gets more energetic the longer the concert goes 😍😍😍
Don't wanna be that person, but they ended up not having the same mbti. Vernon is more like an istp, and Seungkwan was an Esfj if I'm not mistaken (I don't remember exactly lol). However, let's remember that mbti isn't a science itself (🤓), I don't know about their ennegrams tho, that's a whole different story. (Me commenting this: 🤓☝️)
From istp to istp, I can myself tell you that he is def an introvert, lol. The tricky part is that depending on the people surrounding you or context, if the others are also introverted, we might up having to take the "extroverted" role. (For example, that time when I think seungkwan, the8 and vernon were on the same car)
I've been waiting for this! One of my favs! They are both SO TALENTED. And I agree with Simon - it's criminal how overlooked Shua is sometimes. We need more Shua!!!!
2 Minus 1 is truly my favorite song. It was my #2 streamed song on both Spotify and RUclips. The way I put it on and scream along with them as if I'm going through a rough bad break up 😂😂😂 I wish these 2 would do something together again.
This was on the setlist of the Be the Sun tour. It was interesting when Joshua got covid and had to miss some shows, so Vernon had to sing this by himself
Vernon really loves some pop punk it was his childhood music. I can't wait for Joshua to show off in a solo album, I have no idea what it will sounds like as he can do everything.
totally agree w what you said about joshua being underrated!! he would be a main vocal in any other group because he has such a distinct tone that's so insanely versatile. same goes for vernon, he really can do it all and with such charisma
not so useful fun fact. this is the last song from their Attacca album and lyrics end with “i need you” even though in the entire song they’ve been saying “i don’t need you anymore”… but actually Attacca also starts with To You with beginning lyrics “i always need you”… i heard it’s deliberate. just saying. i just find it amusing. woozi’s big brain. lol
