14:40 basically when growing up before going pro, there are general football clubs and there are academies. general football clubs are like the local clubs you join to play during the weekends its like and extra activity during the weekends when you're not in school. Academies have scouts that will come and attend some of the general football club games and if they see players they like and want in their academy they will scout them and that player will join the academy (if they want to of course). All these professional football clubs you react to on your channel such as Barcelona arsenal etc all have academies and I don't know about other countries but the English clubs follow this scouting system.
