That's a beefy boy spacer! I'm actually looking into spacers now and was having hard time with what size to get, this vid was perfect timing. Thanks for this info
Damn the car is really getting there! Keep up the great work! I just got a NA back in September that I've been slowly building with the thanks to your videos. I love your channel its such a big inspiration and a big help!
OMG! When I saw the bat bending the wheel area my mouth fell open. Whyyyyyyyyyyyyy? Oh, hell no! Hmm, I don't know about this. It looks great but I'll stick with the classic traditional look. This was cool to watch. I'm new to your channel so I don't know who Helena is (wife, girlfriend, sister, friend, etc.) but it's cool watching you work together. EDIT: I just learned who she is on another video. Alina!
Looking good. I’m more for a tad bit higher in the back than the rear as a personal preference. BTW I hope you guys had a Merry Christmas. Be safe out there for NYE.
Nice 95M, I recently ran a nice setup with spacers ( I also have a 95M with the oem 15” BBS wheels. 1” spacers gives you a nice fitment without having to work on the fenders. Looks flush If you are running coilovers. Just know when you get the spacers you will probably need to cut down the lugs just a little for the BBS caps to fit.
Have the same issue in the rear with my function and form coilovers, the rear spring perch rubs on the axle if its lower than the axle at this point i just wanna get racelands
@@ianzalewsky3051 you’ll have to send me pics of when you do it because I removed the helper to try it out and it wouldn’t let me go low without having the spring slapping around everywhere
spacers too heavy for miata. just get wider wheels / less offset. and boiiiiiiii ya girl rolled the driver side too far...... all the reason to go wider and match the other corners
@@SpiritDriven it puts excess weight directly on the axles. Do a pull with them on and off and you'll feel the difference. Since it moves the wheel mounting point further out, it puts tensile stress on the hub studs, and will wear your wheel bearings much faster. Miatas were designed to run light wheels for a reason. Let's say you got new wheels and there was just a little bit of tuck you wanted to take care of, up to 5mm spacers are fine but 30mm is just too dang much on these little cars. I respect the work you did in this video, please understand I'm just trying to help. People mention dodgy steering and weird braking with spacers, also. I didn't notice that when I tried spacers but lmk
@@danielskrskr appreciate the input These are surprisingly super light spacers Been driving on them for about a weeks now and they feel great tbh Yes the extra rotational mass is bad for 0-60 And the hubs will wear out faster But as of right now the car is just a daily driver which is fine Eventually we’ll swap over to a real wheel and tire combo but for now this will do And we always love to hear everyone’s input Much appreciated brotha
Dialing the coils is such a pain in the ass, back and forth and back and forth 😂😂 but totally worth it in the end when it's just right. Looks awesome!
Man I had so much planned that day! Didn’t finish till like 4:00pm 😂

Thinking of dropping the front some more honestly and yes! We had a great Christmas hope you did too!
I gotta drive any hour what perfect timing 😈
Stay safe!! 🙏🏼
@@SpiritDriven made it home sal ❤️🤣
Sheeeshhh it looks clean 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks Juan!!

@fenderrollingbytony
If you want your fenders rolled near LA
Awesome vid! Where did you get the spacers? I'm trying to do a similar setup
Thanks Ian, snagged them off Amazon 🎁
please don't run spacers. look up why you shouldn't on miatas. if all you care about is stance, go ahead. but if you plan to do actual driving, don't

If you aren’t using the oem wheels the best spec wheels to fit pretty flush without fender work would be 14x7 +20-25 offset. Hope this helped.

Dude same issue with racelands ;n;
@@SpiritDriven yeah but you can remove helper springs on racelands my functiom and forms have 8in springs up front it sucks
@@ianzalewsky3051 you’ll have to send me pics of when you do it because I removed the helper to try it out and it wouldn’t let me go low without having the spring slapping around everywhere
@@SpiritDriven hmm maybe ill just wait for function and form to make shorter springs then

Pro tip, if you cut the tabs you won’t get waves in that area
We’ve been looking into a cut off wheel for the next needed tool! 🤘🏼🤘🏼

ask me why or look it up if you care (about the spacers)

@@SpiritDriven You mentioned doing canyon runs. I think you should get wider wheels for that anyways
