1) Check engine oil
2) Check Cdi
3) Check spark plug, and spark plug relay
4) Clean Carburetor
5) Check fuel ;)

No need to do so much. Just clean the spark plug, carburettor and secondary and primary air filter. Then 1 to 5 kicks start. My guaratee

Yes definitely. Number of kick start required will be vary according to condition of engine. My activa engine was bad so it was more difficult to start it
