1850 boxes of documents is called an accident now?
Evidence is no longer the standard that law follows...
Evidence has never been a standard in the court room.
A standard - is how lawyers spin the evidence.
That is how even our innocent people end up in jail.
Now people just “believe” evidence. Don’t need any.
The current Republican House is the worst Do Nothing Congress in history. The Republicans have gotten nothing done.
Even with the evidence, how does the standard play a part in the law when non disclosures of money and gifts prevail with the actions of the Supreme Court Judges ? This is America, the land where some laws apply, some law officers hide behind walls while students are being shot, killed inside their schools. Anyone want to take a swing at gun control ? Canada thinks it has gun control but thinking, like reality, doesn't always meet with the facts much less the truth. Progression is at hand with ghost guns, knives, swords and baseball bats provided they are used in self defense and supported by whomever believes it.

heres why i am infuriated so much.
i am a defense contractor, and i have privileged access to HIGHLY classified materials due to my job. When I came onto the contract with my company and the Navy, i had to sign an ENORMOUS booklet of papers warning me of the consequences to even ACCIDENTAL or UNINTENTIONAL misuse/storage of classified documents. i KNOW through both the contract as well as my life experience of always working with TS level priveleges, that if i take them anywhere and improperly store them, my job is gone..... my security clearance will be revoked without the ability to gain it back ever.......my company's contract with the Navy will be in jeopardy depending on the materials i released/misstored.....
Most of all, the consequences are clearly outlined even when taking them home on accident consitutes a crime and will most certainly lead to jail and/or huge fines. but because Biden in the president, that supposedly puts him under completely different rules and standards. This is corruption, period!

McClintock was right to point out that, regardless of how Hur "thought" the trial would go. It should have been left to a judge and jury to decide guilt or innocence. Especially not that DJT is being prosecuted for basically the same thing.
The only difference is DJT was the president, Biden was a senator and a Vice President not a legal leg to stand on.
The important difference is that DJT clearly demonstrated intent by actively retaining the documents after multiple governmental requests and even moved them around to avoid warranted search and seizure.

Short version: When he left the White House, Trump brought dozens of boxes to Mar A Lago (MAL) and kept some of them on a stage in the ballroom. Later, he had some of them moved to a storage room and some brought to his NJ home. In May of 2021, the National Archives (NA) made repeated requests that he turn over everything he took from the White House. He refused, so the NA handed the issue to DOJ. In November, more boxes were moved from the storage room to his residence. In January of 2022 he returned some but not all of the documents to the NA. In May he was subpoenaed to return all documents he took from the White House. He didn't. Instead, he had another 64 boxes moved from MAL to NJ, followed by moving 30 of those boxes back to MAL. June 3, 2022, Trump ships more of the documents from MAL to NJ ahead of the FBI coming to MAL to pick up more documents that Trump's lawyers had identified. The FBI were shown the remaining boxes but not allowed to go through them to verify there was nothing else classified. The FBI subsequently got a warrant, searched the place, and found another 102 classified documents.
Also, he didn't just keep the classified documents, he showed them to people. He showed a secret military attack plan to a writer, saying at the time that he could have declassified it but didn't. There is a recording of this. He showed a classified map to a representative of his PAC. He said at the time that he shouldn't be showing it to anyone.

Jan. 20, 2021: Trump leaves office, bringing dozens of boxes that include hundreds of classified documents as well as personal materials. Some of these boxes are stored on a stage at Mar A Lago, as photo-documented in the indictment.
March 15, 2021: Boxes are moved from the ballroom to the business center at Mar-a-Lago.
May 2021: Trump directs employees to clean out a storage room in a highly accessible area on Mar-a-Lago’s ground floor so it can be used to store his boxes, the indictment says. Trump also directs that some boxes be brought to his Bedminster, New Jersey, summer residence.
On or about May 6, 2021: Realizing that some documents from Trump’s presidency may be missing, the National Archives asks that he turn over any presidential records he may have kept upon leaving the White House. The agency makes subsequent, repeated demands.
June 2021: The National Archives warns Trump through his representatives that it will refer the matter to the Justice Department if he does not comply.
June 24, 2021: Boxes are moved to the storage room. More than 80 boxes are kept there.
July 21, 2021: Trump allegedly shows a military “plan of attack” that he says is “highly confidential” to a writer interviewing him at his Bedminster property. Trump remarks, “as president I could have declassified it. ... Now I can’t, you know, but this is still a secret,” according to the indictment, citing a recording of the interview.
August or September 2021: Trump allegedly shows a classified map relating to a foreign military operation to a representative of his political action committee at his Bedminster golf course, the indictment says. Trump tells the person that he shouldn’t be showing anyone the map and that the person shouldn’t get too close.
November 2021: Trump directs his executive assistant and “body man” Walt Nauta and another employee to start moving boxes from a storage room to his residence for him to review. Nauta is charged in the indictment as Trump’s co-conspirator.
Late December 2021: The National Archives continues to demand that Trump turn over missing records from his presidency. In late December 2021, a Trump representative tells the agency that 12 boxes of records have been found and are ready to be retrieved.
January 17, 2022: Trump turns over 15 boxes to the National Archives. According to the indictment, Nauta and another Trump employee load them into Nauta’s car and take them to a commercial truck for delivery to the agency.
Feb. 9, 2022: The DOJ special agent in charge writes that “highly classified records were unfoldered, intermixed with other records” and otherwise improperly identified.
Feb. 18, 2022: In a letter to a congressional oversight committee, the National Archives reveals the boxes contained classified information and confirms the Justice Department referral. Trump’s Save America PAC releases another statement insisting, “The National Archives did not ‘find’ anything,” but “were given, upon request, Presidential Records in an ordinary and routine process to ensure the preservation of my legacy and in accordance with the Presidential Records Act.”
March 30, 2022: The FBI opens its investigation.
April 29, 2022: The Justice Department asks Trump’s lawyers for immediate access to the 15 boxes. Trump's lawyers request a delay.
May 10, 2022: The National Archives informs Trump’s lawyers that it will provide the FBI access to the boxes as soon as May 12.
May 11, 2022: A grand jury issues a subpoena to Trump and his office requiring that they turn over all classified materials in their possession.
May 23, 2022: Trump’s lawyers advise him to comply with the subpoena, but Trump balks, telling them, “I don’t want anybody looking through my boxes.” Prosecutors, citing notes from one of the lawyers, say Trump wondered aloud about dodging the subpoena, asking his counsel, “Wouldn’t it be better if we just told them we don’t have anything here?” and ”isn’t it better if there are no documents?”
May 26, 2022: Nauta lies to the FBI, claiming he wasn’t aware of boxes being brought to Trump’s residence, and about knowing where they were stored beforehand.
Before June 2, 2022: Trump has Nauta move 64 boxes from the storage room to his residence. Of those, 30 were moved back to the storage room, leaving 34 boxes in Trump’s residence and out of the lawyer’s sight.
June 2, 2022: One of Trump's lawyers finds another 38 additional classified documents.
June 3, 2022: FBI agents and a Justice Department lawyer visit Mar-a-Lago to collect the 38 classified documents from Trump’s lawyer. They go to go to the storage room, but are “explicitly prohibited” from looking inside boxes, “giving no opportunity” for them “to confirm that no documents with classification markings remained,” according to a court filing.
Trump tells investigations he’s “an open book,” according to the indictment. Another Trump lawyer, acting as his custodian of records, provides investigators a sworn certification that prosecutors say falsely claimed they had conducted a “diligent search” of boxes moved from the White House and “any and all responsive documents” were turned over.
Earlier in the day, prosecutors say, some boxes were loaded onto a plane so Trump could take them to Bedminster for the summer.
June 8, 2022: DOJ sends Trump’s lawyer a letter asking that the storage room be secured, and that “all of the boxes that were moved from the White House to Mar-a-Lago (along with any other items in that room) be preserved in that room in their current condition until farther notice.”
Aug. 5, 2022: DOJ applies for a warrant to search Mar-a-Lago.
Aug. 8 2022: The FBI searches Mar-a-Lago, seizing 102 classified documents - 75 in the storage room and 27 in Trump’s office, including three found in office desks.
The Presidential records act is important to understand. Any president has the authority to classify and declassify documents, period. The national archives does not have authority over the president. They can request copies, just like they did from Obama but have no jurisdiction over the president. Trump acted within the law.
Biden removed classified documents from his time in the senate and VP. He violated the law, put top secret information at risk and shared that information with people who had no clearance to see it.
Everything Trump is being accused of is what Biden did and they are NOT at all the same

Totally! Unlike Trump, the alleged (1)800 (? not sure of that number) boxes Biden submitted to the Delaware Univ. were mostly his own notes and drafts of bills. There were a few confidential documents found in his garage, as well as a storage room and Mike Pence also had a few documents. I think in both cases it was an understandable mistake, they simply didn’t remember having those documents there. Who knows how often that has happened with all former presidents and VPs. Once those documents were discovered, both men handed them over immediately. Trump purposely took boxes of those documents, hid them, lied about them and declined to hand them all over.
It was confirmed he had classified documents also. Stop cherry picking

Because, by the time you are in any senior managerial job, it's not YOU that sorts the stuff and puts it in boxes if you have no worries about how the minutiae will be handled. And, if you have any idea at all under that pretty fluff, you'd kinda understand that VP, Senator, etc would trust his assistants to put the stuff in the correct boxes. If you have any understanding of the disparity AT ALL, you would KNOW ...
1. “the Presidential Records Act covers only presidential records,” and “Mr. Biden was incapable of creating records of his own presidency before he was elected president."
2. There were found very few papers in President Biden's domicile, University of Delaware records site, etc COMPARED to the obvious apprehension and holding of hundreds of boxes by the ex-president trumph, and
3. when the issue of records in wrong places came to light, President Biden IMMEDIATELY ordered the FBI to search and locate any of the classified documents, and turn them over when found, whereas trumph left the documents lying around (bathroom, underground storage, ballroom, under his bed, in the refiigerator next to the ketchup bottle, etc), bragged to non-citizens what was in them, tried to hide, lied, and covered up the evidence (tried to erase surveillance footage), paid his gardener to move the boxes around in the dark and got him to lie about it, etc.

I was in a bad accident when I was 19 coma, TBI craniotomy,etc. was read my last rights 2 times. Was able to get back to work, 3-4 months later and until 7/2021 was able to sustain a family of 4, wife, 2 kids, 2 dogs a cat, chickens, and rabbits..... I had a 730-758 credit score with less than $3k in debt. I quit at the convincing of my mother, sister,and wife saying I'd make more on disability than working! Well that's total false!!! 😢 Now my credit score is low 513 and I'm $36k in CC debt with $70+ student loans!! I could have done like the majority of people that are 19 could have signed up for SSDI. But I wanted to work, pay taxes, be a member of my community! Now I'm going to be 42 next month and it's like I'm used up, put him away in a home and let him rot!
and another thing....... if im driving down the highway with drugs in my car and i get pulled over..... whether i intended to have drugs in my car is completely irrelevant as Ill be charged with possesion. If im a felon, and i have a gun in my car, whether i knew about it or not, ive still committed a crime.
reasonable doubt is 100% irrelevant because simple unauthorized possession of classified materials in itself is defined as a crime, ON TOP of misstorage of classified information/documents.
not charging Biden should be a crime that is punishable.
