I have been on a journey on my skin care for 4 years and discovered some methods that truly benefit my skin look great:
1. Drink lots of water.
2. Apply fresh Aloe Vera gel on your face before bed.
3. Wash your facial skin with normal water and use litllextra riiceberry face wash wich has black rice water and use it once or twice a day.
4. Drink bitter gourd and lauki juice to cleanse the body.
5. Lastly, stay happy! Your skin looks better when you are happy inside.
I had more water and used riceberrry face wash to cleaning my face. The outcome was a glowing complexion and stopped acne.
Have been applying rice berry face wash for one week now and I can say it’s much better than overrated cetaphill
