my rng suck, it uses more range than mage and always hit me 25-30, my food only last me 1 kill per trip, sometimes my food ran out and still cant kill it

Hey man are you still having trouble? Have you tried counting his attacks so you know when the special is coming? That way you can start walking as soon as you know its acid phase. I hope this helps. Good luck, you can do it!
Just dont stop walking. If you stop for a split second then youll get hit. I spam clicked at first during that stage to keep moving until I got comfy and can walk back and forth in a line. Just keep swimming
Great guide. I died twice but eventually got him on the 3rd try. Bit pissed off due to the fact Vorkath doesn't even give you a drop during the quest when you kill him, but hey atleast I know how to now lol.
It can be pretty annoying. Maybe you can try the crossbow method. It’s pretty much the same thing but you use a crossbow and pray range instead of magic. I'm 200 kills deep, trying to improve my wooxwalk and still banking every kill (using regular ranging potions and no ppots/super restores). I do have bgs for spec with max pool and relekka boots 4. Would you recommend longer trips or fast trips with specs
@@AnotherUser I Actually tried longer trips today, does cost some more resources, but I feel like it's better in the end. Now I can actually get 18 kills an hour with usually 3 kills a trip :). Before I drank every potion before the dragon, now just when I need it (and no super combat pot).
Great guide. I noticed that nearly every other guide recommends taking a switch with bgs, but I found that not using a bgs switch makes me get more kills per hour. Could this actually be true though?
I noticed I get more kills without using a BGS spec too. I'm sure this can be debated, but I personally don't like the extra steps and I don't care much for maximum efficiency. I hope the guide helped, good luck out there!
If you have 99 range and rigour especially, its a waste of time to BGS because your accuracy is already in the 90%+ percentile. Ive done kills with BP and no bgs where I didnt miss once. That being said, if youre lower leve range, like 85 or even 92 or less, Id say bgs is worth to bring, but keep switches at a minimum. Food at vorkath is more important than anything
How come you aren't taking more damage from Vorkaths dragonfire, the super antifire only partially protects you without a anti-dragonfire shield, when I asked the OSRS discord if I should use a DCB or a BP everyone said DCB because i'd take to much dmg?
Anti fire + protect from magic. But then you take a lot of damage from the range attack. I would also go with the DCB. Only problem I got with using the blowpipe is taking too much damage from the gray spiky balls vorkath shoots. I can only get 1 kill per trip. I got 83 def 76 magic and 85 range with blowpipe and void with the assembler
I’ve seen people using better defence gear for corkage and not using elite void until 90+ range when it becomes much better. 85 defence is a good goal as well
It depends. If you have 90+ range and rigour I wouldn't worry about it. Try a few kills without it and check your kill times. If your kills are long then it might be worth it. Good luck!
Is it really worth it to use void at Vorkath? i dps calculated (Salve ei, ava's accumulator, god blessing, god d'hideboots and archer's ring i are the only thing that weren't changed) and with normal gear i have 9% more accuracy and like 0.6 more dps than with void
Hey I think you're right about that. Using better range gear should also provide you with better defense bonuses too. I'm pretty sure once you have a DHCB it's better to use void since the bonuses will stack with each other. I prefer to use void since it's free and easy to get. Good luck out there in Gielinor!
Hey man make sure you are clicking far away so there's no chance to stop walking and remember it's fine walk over acid to get to a good spot to walk. Maybe you can count his attacks while you practice so you can get ready for the acid phase. I hope this helps

Not really rng, he uses more ranged than mage. That's why getting dhcb is extra upgrade, you can pray range with an anti fire shield
Bro pray range and use a regular dragon crossbow with a dragon fire shield, trust me you can get way more kills per trip

I have the same problem I use d fire ward dhcb and struggle to get 2 kills per trip his dam mage attacks drain my food

Do you recommend using bgs at all to spec it down? I have 88 range and about to get rigour, want to grind out vorkath loads
I wouldn't worry about using a bgs spec. Once you get rigour vorkath is gonna be cake. Good luck!

Yeah it's worth it. Eventually you will get better at it and you can upgrade your gear if you grind long enough. Also the higher your stats the better

Yeah you need to finish the quest first. Vorakth is a little different after the quest
galvek is pretty easy, it took me 3 tries, just stay zoomed out and keep eye on everything youll get him
