Honestly, I don't think there is a fighter jet as good as the Eagle. In terms of explosive load, speed, and operating cost, it is the best fighter jet in my opinion!
either way. it doesn’t matter what the air force or Navy uses. we are superior in the air. US not only has the most sophisticated and most advance technology. we also have the best pilots in existence. war sucks. war is hell. no country in the Universe would want to go against the US. and those are facts.
I second that, the latest F15 models are still relevant powerful birds, that are well equipped to carry large stand off missiles like the hypersonic Mako, JASSM, an air launched PrSM (if that happens) and HACM (Hypersonic Attack Cruise Missile. Not to mention large load outs of AMRAAMS and the upcoming AIM260 and the SiAW (Stand in Attack Weapon) . The new F15 is still finding new customers too with the EX, QA and SA models. Indonesia's air force decided to purchase 24 F15EX's instead of 11 of Russia's SU35's. Egypt cancelled there order of SU35's too (apparently due to the SU35's poor EW and radar performance against there own French Rafale fighter jets)) and are now buying the latest F15EX instead.
