Yeah, at 8:09 I refer to Paul George's stepback jumpers! For 6"5 and up guys, PG's hop jumpers are decent, but you'll really have to work to make it blend with different dribble moves to be super effective. There are other stepback jumpers that are better for 6"5 and up guys, and I'll discuss this in a separate video! But if you're 6"4 and below, Steph is the way to go!

Gave my PG a 97 mid range, 91 layup with an 85 post control. I may not be the best on defense but you're gonna have a hard time stopping me from scoring unless you're a defensive menace

I used to have Steph pull-ups too, but there's a few that I didn't like so I went hunting for something that fits my style, and normal 2 is just so smooth with how you fade, and got that nice high release point!
Is there a way to do a standing fade as opposed to a leaner? Say my momentum is stopped and my defender is draped over me with his hands up and I want to create some space to shoot over the top, can that be done? I'm not talking about a post fade, I'm talking face up. Holding back results in a step back if you have your dribble and I think you just go up for a regular jumper if you hold back without your dribble.
Hold the LS down and Hold the RS down at the same time. For some guys like Embiid they have their signature standing fade animation! Some pull-up jumpers also have a front-pull-up that turns into a momentum stop fade (like normal or normal 2)

One thing that Curry step back is the best only one of them it took me forever to get the timing down. For all my shots it's the wrist I watch because I don't use the meter but one of his step back animations it's like the arm and wrist all combine together so it was hard to time much faster then my other shots. But the other ones are all green for me.
I wish There Will be something similar to Dunk style creator but for shot creation, like Pick and choose every animations and make your hop jumper package 🤯
Can you talk about the 2 different hop step backs for the steph curry sigs ? 1 is very fast and the other is slow. its very hard to time because I don't know when its going trigger.
MJ has the smoother hop jumper. it’s fast, but gives you enough space from the defender. spin shot, pro. dribble pull up, klay thompson or devin hassel

Still can't believe we're up to 2K24 and we can't customize individual sigs. I use John Wall's stepback because he has the AI stepback and his snatchback is filthy, but his moving stepback is absolute garbage. It's a cool animation but it's super delayed (like half of the crossovers this year for some reason). Would love to have John Wall's standing stepback sigs with Harden's moving stepback sig.
Yeah, they did a better job this year of separating a few more signature animations so that they're not tied to bigger packages (like crossover combos) - but more separation would really be great.

How much midrange do I need to hit fades consistently? Is a 84 for gold midrange Magier enough?
I think you can hit mid range fades and spins as long as you get gold middy magician, those are more than enough to hit open ones!
