@michaeljohnson8868 I think it depends on the crowd. Whenever I'm talking about pixar films with my friends or cousins, coco is always there, right next to Wall-E, Inside Out and Finding Nemo.
Thank you, Kris, for highlighting "Monsters University." It's not a masterpiece but I've long felt it was not appreciated enough. It has such a sobering message that I think everyone should internalize.
I don't think Coco is underrated just because nobody brings it up. Whenever coco comes up in conversation I think people remember how great it was. For me, A Bug's Life is very underrated. Most people would need to watch it again to remember how great it really was.
I never hear people talk about Luca Luca caught me by surprise. Was not expecting much when i saw it on Disney plus but i was utterly smitten by it! A very charming and moving movie

I cried at the scene where Ember told the truth to her dad about what she really wants to be. It may not be for everyone but that doesn't mean these films wouldn't appeal to some people.
Okay, I’m going to go deep into Pixar’s catalogue but The Good Dinosaur - underrated AF, and needs more love. For those who haven’t watched it, it’s a cross between Lion King and Ice Age.

Naw John the new Pixar movies aren’t doing it for me. Only soul is underrated. Every film you mentioned are just lesser Pixar movies from a studio equivalent to Spielberg. Mine underrated films are finding dory, incredible 2 and Walle
Turning Red is not a good movie.
😂😂
Onward was a damn chore to watch
Have you all seen beatlejuce beatlejuce two
I do not Like Turning Red all Movie & I do not Agreed John Campea
Well too bad. It's all subjective and opinions
Good for you. It’s all subjective.
Nobody wanted a Toy story 4 because Toy story 3 has the perfect ending.
That doesn't mean it was a bad movie.
CoCo and Soul I agree with, but Elemental? Nah, that is the only Pixar film I actively think is bad.
You think that movie is worse than Cars 2? 😂😂
I'm not a big fan of the so called Pixar Films depending on title; the only dualogy I enjoyed are the Incredibles, Coco, Encanto, & Brave
Encanto is Walt Disney Animation, not Pixar.
The good dinosaur is overrated. But the crows are to evil lol
Yet
I disagree with John, Turning Red is overrated imo, it's kind of a ripoff of Encanto (POC with magical powers trope).
Bro ... 'Ta loco
How is “POC with magical powers” a trope?
Onward is the biggest waste of potential ever. Whoever wrote it/greenlit the script should be removed from society. Somehow in a world of magic, we get gross, ugly, modern day society. Huge waste of potential.
