I have always dot painted but used to paint picture frames or wall switches. Twenty years later, people are painting mandalas on everything!!!

I use a watercolor pencil to make the marks.. so when my paint is completely dry I take a wet cotton swab and gently wipe away each mark. All of the supplies I use are on my website www.jadelrocks.com just check the art desk. The pencil maybe listed in the description. Good luck.. 🤞🏻

Back when I used a regular pencil I painted over them. The watercolor is so much easier.
