People have attempted to sue Rockstar Games many times in the past and now they have a team of lawyers in which they consult before putting things into their game to make sure they won’t have a lawsuit. Just because it looks like him doesn’t mean anything the character is not based off him, they are not specifically making this guy a character in the game with his name and things like that. I am sure there are many people that look like characters in games that doesn’t mean they will win the case. If that was the case then Warner Bros can sue him for making himself look like the joker, because they own that character not him. And that’s another reason he can’t sue because he doesn’t own the joker character, he doesn’t own the rights to it so they didn’t steal anything from him. If anything they took this character from Warner Bros and I am positive they have the permission to do so

And if he does then Warner Bros has the right to that money and they can sue him because he doesn’t have the right to make money off their brand. Warner Bros owns DC Comics and the entire Batman franchise. So if he sues Rockstar because they made a joker character and he looks like the joker, then I am pretty sure that Warner Bros can sue him for getting money off of their character brand

Take-Two Interactive is a multi-billion dollar company who people have been trying to sure for decades. Nobody is successful because they have a team of lawyers who cover their asses under the law.

I think that people like RockStar should get people's permission to add their face or look to their stuff and make a fair deal for helping them promote their products. The way it sounds to me rockstar created a game thats based on who they are and what their into. I know there's things in GTA5 ive come across that they took from orher games or shows. For instance Princess Robot BubbleGum based off a show called Cutie Honey. A billboard that says Rehab Island based off a game called Dead Island.

When I got my PS4 in 2016 to finally play GTAV, it took me ages to get anything "Good" or manageable with the game after literally 2 whole years of grinding every other week when I'd play the game with friends (cuz I don't like playing the same game often, unless I really really enjoy the game) and it took me getting one shark card to get something that was actually really good.

They didn't use his exact likeness but did parody him. Which falls under fair use. But as much as I don't like this guy, I think he has a right to be upset. The likeness is kind of uncanny and he might have a case to pursue damages to his image. If he does pursue anything, they will likely settle outside of the courtroom, If he is smart he will go for 2 million+ royalties but his lawyer will most likely recommend that. But Rockstar could just as well change the character before launch, which will most likely happen, as Trailers "do not depict final gameplay" etc,

To be fair Rockstar needs to pay Florida's government and citizens 1 or 2 mill each as they have used basically all of it's likeness and should pay road taxes too for having road likeness.
