    Loved that video thr old markets and the buses all lined up at bridge st tgey should of left the markets and buses were they were .alas all the fruit shops have long gone not a one is st Helen's and butchers the were plenty on the market of both and shops the is only one butcher in st Helen's I dont count the one in hardshaw centre as it's only sell a few items of meat and the rest pies and takeaway food I loved going round the market ut was always busy what ever day you went not like st marys market it's all clothes phone shops tge only good stall in st Mary's is tge jewellery stall that's been there years I always get my watch batteries from there

    01:18 Mario capisttagnio,I use to knock about with his brother,"nucc" honofrio,I think I spelled it right.

      S Capistagnio was in my class in primary school. The family lived off cooper street- they are all knocked down now and the G maguire was the brother of John who was in my class in secondary school.

    Looks like someone can't spell - there's no 'u' in bygone days. As for me, I came top of the class in spelling back in 1981...much to the annoyance of the other kids.
