There is! It's in the off-vocal collection on this channel (the harsh one, obviously), so I assume they got it from Okames piapro
EDIT: Sorry, could have sworn I heard it, but apparently not. Neither on a off-vocal, nor on piapro, just the on-vocal version is there

Liberate and release sort of have the same meaning, so both are fine in my opinion as of now (until somebody translates this song).

After reading the lyrics, it seems that it says:
"However, in people's hearts there exists release, release."
Liberation makes more sense in this case. I'm not saying release shouldn't be used anymore though Sarah Hare , either one is still correct.
