These are the players I miss watching the most. Before science got involved. These guys had grit and determination. Now we just get to watch 350+ yard drives. Jack is actually making Muirfield HARDER because of it.
Before science got involved? lol what are you talking about friend, science is involved in every sport and science evolves. Do you mean better equipment? I'm sure newer baseball bats hit further, newer types of pads to reduce injury in football, etc. what is wrong with that..
@@enmrx3114 hes talking about how much less skill is needed to just drill the ball (not that it is still nearly impossible and lots of skill is still needed)
I feel that pain. I've fixed that in my game though. Gotta keep your sternum over the ball, to eliminate you leaning back to try to get the ball up in the air. Should feel like you're hitting down on the ball, not scooping it up.
"Difference between US commentators and good ones" got to be the most to the point description of the travesty that is usually US commentating that Ive ever seen!
To be honest, the woman in the first clip has only herself to blame for standing in that angle, and he only has himself to blame for not doing anything about it. I mean, like sure, if theres a big crowd they always encroach on the active participant (not just in golf of course), but back when I did beginner golf theory stuff I remember that it was a very early chapter that spoke about safety and angles and where to stand or not when someone is about to put their club to a ball.
I think they skipped a shot. He hit the previous shot that went down the cart path and stopped behind a golf cart; they probably skipped the chip onto the green and went straight to the putt.
He didn’t get a birdie but he hit a bird out of the sky! 🤣 Love it, great video!
thanks! Glad you enjoyed.
This video gave me the greatest laughs I've had in months. Thank you.
welcome!
Transition at 1:20 and ball placement is perfect 👌

Golf balls that are not available to the public, LAUNCH, wedge and repeat.
God Love y’all! Come home! Don’t miss out🤍
I cannot count the times I have done what Irwin did on that last clip of the video. On occasion, my divot went further than my ball.

9:24 The little ball who could 😃. 😂
such a great example of the difference between US commentators and good ones.

Anyone knows the history of the name birdie?
8:51 why was that so special? A regular mid distance putt.

Alot of these missed puts were not that crazy
A good strong MAGNET 🧲
How many penalty strokes do you add if a snake eats your ball?
Didn't know Matt Damon could play golf so well, at 3:43.
This is like try not to laugh
11:16 is definitely NOT the most unique shot, because it happens to me all the time!
3:41~ You call it "Birdie" and "Eagle", but "Double Eagle" instead of "Albatross"...north americans, man...
Physics is not rude.
4:24 Doesn't count unless he called it.
8:49 I don’t get what is special about this one?
Repeat after repeat
So if your ball hits another ball into the hole it counts for you???
It didn’t hit the other ball in, it was his own one
There are no degrees of uniqueness; it's either unique or it isn't, so 'most unique' is meaningless.
jfm06 you’re an idiot

Hmm. I think these nonsense replies peppered over this comment section are related, but I have no idea how.
