“I do what I like..I don’t like it” when your depressed it’s like your bored but you have a million things to do but you when you do it your still bored and it makes everything feel worthless and then you start feeling useless and then bam you just wanna end it all but you can’t because your all your mom has and so your just living everyday without being alive.

I use to watch these to get a good cry, a really deep heavy cry and after I’d feel better, like a weight was lifted off my chest.
But now, I watch these and I literally feel nothing.
I dunno if it's because of my anxiety but I can literally hear and feel my heartbeat without even needing to place my hand there. It's Even if I'm laying on the bed doing nothing and listening to c a l m music, if I concentrate I can feel them beating loud and hard without any reason. And it also gets hard to breathe. I feel like I'm running out of air. But it's not just sometimes. Every day, every second is like that. I don't think I have ever breathed like a normal human being. There is always a burning ache in my heart area.
Hey! I guess I kinda understood those feelings you had , any only thing that I can say is that it'll heal with time .. But there's another thing that's kinda bittersweet that we're running out of time. Whatever the situation we must count every second of ours being alive and a worth to this world . #family

Everything is going to be okay one day. Talk to people, go out, make a nice routine, do things that you love, be kind to others, and sometimes it's okay to put yourself first. Self love is important. Break the cycle. You can do it ❤️
