Thank you for this meditation of yours, i am extremely grateful for your help. Recently ive sensed a lot of dark energy or presence around me... Last night when walking into my spare room to meditate I immediately felt a strong unwelcome presence, i ended up during my session drawing out and removing such energies and entities, which i felt in my whole body with a rushing, tingling sensation up my spine and out through my head. 🙏❤️
I just did this and something was telling me do an entity release for the spine, so I did and as a guided shaman healer this was my test which I’m happy that I have passed on my own. I spoke to this entity and wished them love in their healing journey and they shall not come back again and wishing them a beautiful healing journey in the underworld so they can come to light in their afterlife. This energy was quite big and definitely did want to stay as this word stay suddenly appeared in my vision and I had to be strong and say no, you cannot. Thank you for this the presence of angels was very lovely and protecting me. We are always protected!!! All comes within. Beautiful, thank you so much ❤. Do not be scared and surrender to releasing it, all part of our healing journey on this earth. ❤ wishing you all a safe entity removal.

Haha, serindipidy . I'm an empath, who is increasingly being visited by spirit.. playful, positive, even relations, well out of nowhere I felt a lower vibrational frequency around me. Making me sleep with lights on, feeling on edge... Saged house and self. Asked it to move on as it had no purpose near me or my people. Then this popped up right when I needed it. Wow! I literally felt all the dark energy leave my body. At the end, I felt the AA presence and their green and blue lights fill my body! I feel amazing after this. Will definitely be doing this meditation weekly. Thank you so much 😊

Very good question and this can happen! If they are in your energy field and refuse to go into the light, request that the angels of light take the energy away to the other side of the veil, so they can no longer affect your energy. There is of course free will for all beings about whether they choose to go into the light, however when it is infringing on your energy and free will, the light can and will intervene. From what I've experienced, they will take the lower energy away from you and across the energetic veil that is between this physical plane and the higher ones. I've seen this done by force by the angels if the lower energy is mischievous or dark. Then the energy can choose to go where it pleases away from your energy. Visualise the angels carrying this far away from you, and watch as this energy is then taken far into the distance. I hope this helps! 💜
I find it really difficult to visualise all the different colours and the white light, should I be able to see it as you say it? I kept seeing a neon yellow aura
The colours are just a guide, it's wonderful you're seeing neon yellow, it could be that you're needing this colour at the moment. Our energies are all unique and therefore what colours we energetically require or connect with can be too 💜💛
Can I ask why you ask the same question multiple times? I have done this and other angelic meditations many times and not revecived the protective help asked for and often times gotten further attacked at night.
The same question gets asked twice , mainly because when people are in a relaxed state, they may miss or not hear the words in the first question. Also, it's important to really feel the question, so saying it twice helps it to be absorbed and understood more by the listener. If you're not feeling the protection from meditation, and you've tried many different ones (it's a good idea to try with different people, words, etc, to find what works for you) You may need to seek help from a healer, some people need a helping hand. Preferably someone you can see in your local area.

It can be a different experience for each individual, it's about finding what works for you. It's been effective for many people who have found it useful, I would suggest searching other meditations on RUclips until you find the one that resonates with you.

What does it mean when i felt tingling?
Often energy can be felt in this way, it shows that energy is being moved/cleared depending on the type of tingling and where it's felt 💜
