Rabbid Yoshi is probably my second favorite character to use in this game. He’s absolutely nuts.
Dear heavens I love Calavera's design and voice. Favorite midboss by far. (Calavera actually was the one screaming. It was his raspy voice.)
That Spooky Smasher has a coffin for a weapon! Something tells me he doesn't plan on keeping it empty for very long...

The encounter/introduction to El Calavera and Rabbid Yoshi has got to be my favorite in the game so far, apart from the Icicle Golem in World 2 and the coral organ in the DK Adventure DLC.

got stone off for 3 turns in a row on this boss, can confirm: was great.
Edit: stone does have 1 disadvantage over ink. if somebody that was petrified get's hit by a push/bounce or burn crit they will be able to move again. this almost lost me a battle once when a petrified smasher got hit by an enemy crit as colletral damage and was able to smash me again that same turn, which I was not prepared for.

rabbid yoshi was among the faved picks for me. Rabbid luigi with rabbid mario or rabbid yoshi with rabbid luigi.
I know you guys tend to skip over it, but I do like seeing what upgrades you give each character on the skill tree if you don’t mind showing us in the future :)
