This may be a machine I look to buy in the future. The specs are good on the I5 model for 649.99 including the controller, and it's a pretty accurate price. The one thing I'm concerned about is the brand making it. Dell has really not been kind to the Alienware name and I'm scared that it may be a bit risky. For the same machine made by Asus or Lenovo I would pay much more for this. Now, everyone looking at this comment keep in mind that building a gaming PC is going to be about the same price as buying one of these units. However, when you build a gaming computer you have the ability to customize every single part inside of it whereas this, not so much. Overall I believe that we should give this some time to get some rating from the public to see their reactions on it.
Now I have 2 gaming PCs counting the alienware alpha. I have the core i7 model. I bought it for 799.99 and it runs games pretty good. I think its less expensive than most other gaming PCs and its worth the money.
I wish Steam could of made a custom alien controller instead of including the Xbox 360 controller which makes it look a bit odd. Put the Alien symbol in the middle of the controller as the home screen like the X on the Xbox controller or the P on the PS controller and just add WSAB as the buttons on controllers with the thumb stick and D-pad. Also can you mod your own games on steam without the workshop but get the mod off of google or various websites/search engines.
The best thing is that is customizable so you can upgrade the ram and internal drive in seconds, buy an ssd and stick/s of ram and you have a mini super powerful mini console computer hybrid God, this easily makes ps4 and Xbox one trash, highly recommend this beauty

I just pick up the i7 version from gamestop with a big trade in credit for my PS4 and two games. I got tired of Sony's shitty online service amongst other things. Happy NewYears Everyone!

His came with an Xbox One remote… mine did come with a 360 remote I just use that 4 my Xbox 360 now I use an Xbox One remote so I can play it in my room… but if I play Minecraft I move it to my pc setup.

Big Bay all the heat is going to be trapped in that small case unless it has a way of ventilating that heat, and it could die because of it
