Yes that is true! After you submit all the documents, it will prompt you for payment and then only you can pay.
Bro i have a quick question please answer. I was in restoration period and i paid the fees 355 and it was memtioned on the official site that just attach the copy of your restoration paid fees in the work permit application. I am confused where should i attach that reciept.

Trv can be applied together or separately by filling the form that you see in the end which is IMM5257E. I applied TRV later that is why I couldn't include the TRV steps and I am yet to make a video on the same. Please check on RUclips for TRV steps from other RUclipsrs otherwise I will be posting TRV application steps in the new video tomorrow.

I thought so too but I referred different videos and when you ll look at the document on the last page, the mandatory and optional document name is same. Not sure what the difference is but document is same.

what if you don't the WP-EXT except PGWP letter after your application? I have applied but just received the confirmation letter & didn't receive the implied status letter which serves as a proof that I can work in Canada until I receive the PGWP.

It's not possible. Everyone receives that letter by the next day. It's not instantaneous.

my study permit was expired in December 2022 and I apply for extension in Nov. But still I didn't get approval and I am on applied study permit extension. I didn't get you. If you have already applied for study permit extension, why do you want work permit? Study permit extension means you are looking to do another course.

I dont think so. Contact indian embassy for Tatkal passport renewal. You only have 90 days after study completion to apply pgwp so act fast and get your passport.
I applied PGWP and extention of my wife SOWP together. I got one update in my portal that i can work for *** date until decision made. My question is my wife didn't get any update like this so is she eligible to work or she should stop working until the decision come ?

Same thing happened with me as well. The first letter that you receive says that you can work till next 90 days from the date of application. Now usually pgwp is processed in 120 days. Even in this 90-120 day period, you will be eligible to work as mentioned in the below document.

As for your wife's eligibility, I am sorry but you will have to ask an immigration consultant as this is tricky and I don't have knowledge about it.

That means if you are applying for someone else. You still need to choose no in this question since you are applying for yourself.

Is a Official Transcript mandatory or will an Unofficial Transcript work for PGWP application? I'm not able to get a digital copy of my Official transcripts nor do I know if my college will mail a physical copy to me.
You can file with unofficial transcript and study completion letter.

You can work anywhere on your PGWP but whether or not it will be counted towards CEC class PR program needs to be checked on the CEC class PR guidelines under express entry PR program. Google "express entry + Cec"
Do we get a letter after applying for pgwp as it is taking 4 months for pgwp what if are study permit expires in that much time also SIN number
Study permit will definitely expire but it doesn't affect anything. The later you get pgwp the better since you are getting extra 4 months to work. Once you apply, you can download the pgwp application letter from the same portal which can be used to work anywhere till the time actual pgwp comes.

For two programs you will definitely get 3 year work permit. For gap, I am not sure if their is any official policy regarding it. Please check with IRCC questions and answers section on website to see if their is any discussion about the same.

As per rules, after your studies end, you need to immediately stop working as you are not a student anymore. You can only start working after applying for work permit which can be done after getting unofficial transcript and course completion letter.

@@agrimabatra-mk1gp I don't think you can apply without completion letter. Just write an email to you department saying you need to work asap to bear your expenses and they might give you one.

It's not mandatory but highly advisable to apply it together since work permit is not a travel document and if you are planning to go out of Canada in near future, you need to apply TRV. Even I have not applied TRV yet but going to apply in sometime.

@@parteekpandher8003 Hello, yes you will get an email saying your application has an update. When you ll check the IRCC portal it should show request for passport submission. I applied TRV separately and that email took about 23 days. Not sure the processing time for trv when applied along with work permit so just keep checking your mail and IRCC account.

@@ishanloomba5711 so the question comes in at around 1:30 mins in the video. The question is asking if you have a family member who is a PR holder or citizen. Choose Yes only if your sister is a PR holder or a citizen. For any other status, choose NO.

Pgwp is applied after studies conclude, my question is, how have you travelled to India on study permit after studies expire? Because for reentry we need TRV which is applied along with pgwp application.
@@vaib.shfilms Yes, I completed my education in Canada in April, I traveled to India. I am not sure if I have to apply for PGWP from India or travel back to Canada and apply from there.
Without pgwp application, you can only travel within 90 days from release of completion letter from university . After 90 day period, immigration people will not allow you to enter back in Canada. For travelling back to Canada after 90 day period, you need to show valid pgwp application. This scenario is for people who still have validity left on their student/visitor visa stamp on passport. For others whose visa has expired, they need to apply first for pgwp(4 months current processing time) then apply for TRV approval for which will take one month and sending passport and getting stamped will take another 1 month.

Same case and I’m in Germany through visitor visa. I’ve completed studies in april and came germany in may and will go back to canada in june. For entering canada all we need is visa and my study visa is till end of September 2023. Then why should we wait till 90 days from college releases completion letter and travel?
And I got my completion letter today while I’m in Germany.

Study permit and study/visitor visa are two different things. Once completion letter is generated, study permit is valid up to 90 days from that date. If you apply for pgwp within those 90 days then you can still travel outside Canada and come back to Canada even after 90 days are over as long as the visitor/student visa stamp on passport is valid. If you don't apply for pgwp within those 90 days, you won't be allowed reentry after 90 day period. For reentry to Canada after 90 days of studies completion, you need to show,
1. pgwp application printout
2. Allowed to work response from ircc printout that is received after applying
3. Student/visitor visa valid stamp on passport
4. Passport
5. Study permit Incase border agent want to verify your study permit's validity

For online it takes about 4 months. For offline it takes about 2 months as per their processing time website. My online application took 4 months and until it's approved, you are eligible to work.

@@simarmanhalpuri1263 so depending on your application date, the letter that you receive states that you are eligible to work exactly up to 90 days from date of application. However as per below ircc link, you can still continue working even after that time. Basically you can keep working until a decision is made. Check out the same information below on ircc website,

If you were outside Canada for more than 6 months in last year, then only medical is required . But if you completed your course in Canada itself, then no need.
