Direct FIre Ribs on the Roll Off VS. Traditional Flow Ribs

We did a side by side comparison of direct fire ribs on our Roll Off vs. Traditional Flow RIbs on our 1000 Gallon Smoker

They were fantastic! I want another couple slabs. One with some spicy vinegar sauce on the side and one with some Spicy peach. They were great!

Same comparison. Little smoke flavor on an offset but quicker on the Roll Off.
