Zhang Weili TKO 42 seconds against Jessica Andrade and became the first Asian ever to capture UFC World Champion belt. Chong Xie joined the training team 3 months prior to the championship fight as a movement coach and fascia conditioning coach. the main goal was to reduce foot related injuries and increase holistic power and accuracy through Hyperarch Fascia Training. Currently, Coach Chong Xie actively trains Zhang Weili and planning on defending the title against Joanna Jedrzejczyk.

My apologies; I earlier asked you for a link for Part II not realizing that this is Part II. I tried finding Part I on youtube and via Google with no luck. Is it titled "Take a look at champ Zhang Weili’s first day of training camp ahead of UFC 248"? If not, could you please post the link for it in your reply?
On a separate note, IF Joanna is smart, she will rely primarily on counter striking and evasive footwork. Are you training Weili on techniques for cutting off the cage? Thanks for all your dedicated work in making Weili the best fighter in WMMA.

I honestly can't thank you enough. This is by far the most important athletic discovery to ever have occurred, literally reforming how athleticism is judged and trained. This disproves the 'genetic freak' angles that mainstream media is completely obsessed with, opening the possibility to be an elite athlete to literally anyone. This is such powerful knowledge I wouldn't be surprised if it was suppressed. I've been trying the principles of the hyperarch mechanism with the upper body as well, and I've definitely noticed better engagement of the muscles in the chest. Honestly I can't even state just how important this thing is man. I've got my dissertation up next year, and I'm definitely going to do mine on this.

@@HyperarchFasciaTraining She is great but opponents are always fearful and unpredictable.
I was thinking if she trains to change the posture so to adapt to different fighters during a match.
Her main power is on the right hand and adversaries could exploit this in a weakness point so I think she could train to be able to switch guard and use power also with the left hand and alternate with the right one.

Matt Enriquez all her fighting style she learned from her masters & coaches is what made her what she is as a person rn. She is showing the world what a true martial artist should be, a humble person who lives by it to the bone. When it comes to striking it’ll be Muay Thai, but when it comes down to grappling she can use sanba/bjj, it’s up to her lol. At the end she is who she is because she’s a true Chinese martial artist and that is what everyone loves about her. Did you think she got that mentality from Muay Thai? No, she learned it from her masters and growing up with martial arts since the age of 6.

Alymbek Dzhanybek uulu Chinese martial arts have been downgraded for near 100 yrs now due to avoidance of rebellion. Matt E But the guy who trains her in this video is training her using the knowledge from Tai Chi. He is training a very important part of the body, that is the tissues connecting the muscles together. This part of the body had been trained by REAL Tai Chi masters for hundreds and even thousands of years but is ignored by Western scientists until now.
He has scientific evidences to back his argument if you don't believe.

@@HyperarchFasciaTraining I did waste many years. Some how subconcously and with good teachers and knowledge of tendons I was able to get rare ability in I-Chuan and Tai chi after years of waste. Years more wasted to get to bagua (doing in motion). I could not replicate the magnetic feeling in stationary form in bagua continuous flow until I saw your stuff. When I saw the tendon I instantly knew this was chi-kung and what I was missing. One thing my bagua teacher has is a twisted isometric tensioning (especially arms). He is very high level and when I saw the twisted nature of his tensioning I also new this was a great missing piece. of course without the legs I didn't even bother with this part. When I got the legs, it all came together. I am always hypeing your teaching.. unfortunately its hard for people to get understand, believe. I haven't been able to convey to my fellow students as many drop away from no progress. My teacher is probably set in his ways.. He can do it but doesn't really understand why his students don't get it or can't get it. Thanks again.

Weili is totally amazing.. Goodnight Sweet JJ Goodnight. I'm a Weili fan and a Bullet fan I don't think anyone will stop her in 115, When Bullet meets Weili I not sure what will happen.

Ahmad Niza not only Joanna but also Rose. That’s why she got the desire to move up the division to fight Valentin S.

Wow, I love Rose, and Mike Tyson said Rose would knock her out. But going up against Zhang the Chinese Warrior Goddess Weili is one tough, if not a dangerous, task. I'd have to put some chips on Weili.

I think Bruce Lee had already demonstrated that one can increase power without increasing muscle mass with his 1-Inch punch! So have many martial arts from different disciplines especially those from China!

Demonstration is one thing, the underlying mechanism is another. Do not confuse the two.

Never seen that kind of training...using the ball and then hopping on one leg...but I do see the benefits. Wonder if that's used in western boxing gyms too.
Never seen this used with Cyborg. She should have had Weili's team train HER. She might still be at the top of her game. No more. Don't know if Cyborg has retired.
I thin after Weili's time has passed her coaches will get a flood of girls and guys wanting their coaching. Clearly Weili is proving it's working. Add her own talent and natural ability.
Has Weili ever lost a fight? :) Even have a fight result in a draw? Haven't seen any of those fights yet....at most she's challenged but always finds the win. She's almost never had easy fights either.

Can't see she will win this fight, just can't.
