All I have ever wanted to do with my exercise routine was to be able to run. I never could get beyond a slow jog. Well this video maybe what I needed to change that. Thank you for sharing.
@@HyperarchFasciaTraining I will let u know. I already strike with ball of foot even in muscle fatigue state. I am doing these exercises to build stronger fascial connection from feet to glutes in order to tap into my athleticism. I am 15 and I have started walking outside barefoot. I already walk barefoot indoor though.🔥
Does the standing leg have a slight bend? Or is that leg locked at the knee when performing this exercise? Please let me know, thank you so much for what you do and share!
Hey bro, can you explain to me the tuck exercise? And how to do it? I am young and have no money so I would like to figure out how to create a program for myself.
Wow I feel a huge burn in the balancing right glute but a less one in the balancing left glute. What level would I be? I just started 6 days ago consistently. I am combining some exercises from the video keep kids fascia heathy.(towel curls, Hyperarch hop(1&2 leg), ab circle, marble 8) for some reason on the marble 8 I only get foot activation in the balance leg. 🙏🏼 thanks so much👍🏼🔥
@@amgadhegazy8998 I just do the tennis ball rolling in his videos for 5 min-10 min. Then I do the towel curls for 5 min each foot. After that, I do one or two marble exercises for each foot. @@amgadhegazy8998 no problem bro. Sorry for late reply. I forgot to add I just started doing the Hyperarch hops now. I believe the goal is get to 5 minutes for 2 feet hop. I can only do 2 min 30 sec right now with holding tension
@@NBAGRIND how can i do that hyper-arch hops is there a specific video for it?? Btw i am doing these exercises for like that last month and doing fine and seeing real results!!
Taiji should be done with constant and even tension, often people say to practice as though submerged in water or as though fighting an opponent. But most people do it with no tension / too relaxed, and they never develop peng. Looks like the marble exercise engages the tension then develops the freedom of movement as well as stability - different-looking exercise toward the same goal.
@@HyperarchFasciaTraining many elite jumpers in the nba heel strike in their penultimate step before they go up. Is the reason they have no tendon pain because of their facial tension?
Ive always ran on my ball of my feet Have always been most athletic! I had no fascia connection until i came across coach! I think as he stated it degenerated over time

Excellent, thanks for sharing such valuable information and making it understandable.

Why i feel my glutes on a single leg lunge position, but never feel them when jumping for a dunk or sprinting?😢
Is it only marbles that can be used 🤔
Thank you very much🙏
Hey Chong great video should the big toe bend during this exercise or should it be kept straight and bend the other toes
See the elevated towel curl video in the exercise section to get the requirement done.
@@HyperarchFasciaTraining Thank you 😊
if i feels like my abs gonna break. do i only have weak abs then?
Hello sir. Just a quick question? I sore on both my calves and quads when retracting toes. Is this showing progress?
Thank you so much Chong, what is the video where you demonstrate the elevated "(tuck"?) exercise?

@@NBAGRIND You raise the heel, put the front foot on a towel and then try to shorten your feet (curl your toes) to pull the towel.
While doing this i gets pain on my glutes, what is the reason?

Does This help with running faster/more explosive
So when we are running, should we act as if we have a marble between the ball of the foot and 2nd toe as well? Or is this just for training?
It should come naturally after training.
Can i Switch the marble with tissue?
which glute should be on fire, the one im moving or the one im using to stand? just to clarify
Coach should I do the hyper arch everyday or every few days? I’m not a beg
2-3 times a week
If I were in theory to be doing this correctly, am I feeling something in the movement leg or the leg that is balancing?
Depends on your level of fascia connection, it could be in both or balance leg in the glutes.
@@HyperarchFasciaTraining thanks
If facia development is really what taichi is doing, why not just do taichi?
good question, you can try but there was something misunderstood.

So when I'm running, do I have to constantly retract my toes? Or is this going to come out unconsciously with the exercises?
That's not the goal of the training, it should be natural progression.
So is doing gym work 100% bad or is it only bad if you don’t work on your fascia as well
100% bad I’m pretty sure
It's fine after you work on fascia
is it normal to feel the glute activation in the opposite leg to the one moving?
It's normal.
Is heel striking whilst walking bad too or just running?
no. See how to walk in hyperarch

I never ran with heel strike always on the balls of my feet
We have many subscribers run with heels subconsciously, they don't know until they get pain.

Same here. I am also Asian and walk barefoot around house, so that may have contributed to me having more fascial tension
