ABOUT THE GAME:
You and your friends go to a mountain camping for the weekend. The path leads you to a detour road passing a ravine. In growing dusk, you cross a shaky bridge, resulting in your car falling to the depths of the darkness. Luckily, all passengers live, but the car is ruined. There is no signal. You are surrounded by an eerie forest. The night’s dark descends… There’s only one way out - to cross the forest and seek help in a small town called Danwille...Soon you realize that there are some strange, ominous and inexplicable things happening in the forest.

Finally, a horror game that has proper pitch black nights.
Seriously, how many games get this wrong? Try walking outside at night in anything less than full moon, with no man-made lights for miles, and see how far you get. Not very far, I'll wager, yet nearly every game like this gets nights horribly wrong.
Needing a flashlight to see more than a metre in front of you increases immersion, atmosphere, and makes the whole experience much more terrifying.

In a real dark site under a clear sky, you'll be surprise it's actually quite bright... although you can't see any details and color, you can see quite clearly under stars light once your eye fully dark adapted.
for me an live in asian night here in under the moon actually quite bright but for a horror game it actually great to feel that pitch black feeling (imo)
Outlast did exactly this pretty damn good, only source of light is your camera’s nightvision whice has limited batteries

This is game reminds of Trevor Henderson with the eldritch abominations, there are many different types of monsters:
The Spider Lady (more of like an ant lady since it has only 6 limbs) will go for you when you make noise. It goes after one person at a time and there is almost no escaping it. Sometimes it kills you, sometimes it takes you to it’s underground lair.
The SCP-096 like humanoids have their faces split open, very unsettling. There are multiple of them and sometimes you will begin blinking, when you blink they move faster than they usually do, kinda like SCP-173 does. They can teleport right in front of you and give you the slap, but you can avoid them with ease.
There are tall creatures with chests split open and rib cages out, upon being provoked they will make a very loud noise which will alert the spider lady, so it is best to avoid them
This game is likely based on the creations of Trevor Henderson, makes me want a Cartoon Cat horror game
I also heard there's a witch that can spawn too..
This remind me of the game: Hunt -Showdown..

Jesus Christ... Fooster... I really don’t like you for keeping that edit in of you in the water and having him pop right into view like that. 😭 My heart cannot take any of this lol. I’ve never heard you this scared while playing a game and it panics me. Too many jump scares and I’ve died ten times over by now. Especially towards the end with it teleporting in front. I never gasped for air so loud or abruptly before. Holy shit. 😭😭😭
