🇨🇾 Protaras Cyprus Fig Tree Bay 4k walking tour 🇨🇾

Short walk-through main street of Protaras (09:32) during warm September day and visit to famous Fig tree bay beach. This video is from late September , still very hot in Cyprus so because of that, not too many people on the streets of Protaras. For sure, totally different by late afternoon and night.
Protaras is a resort town in eastern Cyprus, close to Ayia Nappa, known for its beaches and for Fig Tree Bay with its old, lone fig tree. Above the bay are excavated Hellenistic tombs. To the northwest, atop a rock, the limestone Church of Profitis Ilias marks one end of a nature trail that leads to Konnos Beach. To the south, Cape Greco National Forest Park has clear waters and protected pine forest trails. ― Google
Fig Tree Bay is a sandy beach in Protaras of Paralimni in Cyprus. In 2011, TripAdvisor declared it to be the third best beach in Europe.

Rainy season starts usually at the end of November, so temperature also drops between 16-22C, Sea can be still good for swimming, around 20C...
