*also I fucking hate new /tg/ "feature" - walk diagonaly to sprint, it doesn't have any logic, this made tactic "run like a headless chicken" viable and effectively making the game unplayable for me due ping.

11:20 not sure how intentional that was but that was one of the most tactically genius moves i ever seen, how he kept going and shooting the mech when you was repairing it. Then you left the mech in a hallway, and when you saw him come around you went in behind him and trapped him there with the empty mech acting as a roadblock, fucking bamboozled.
Intentional, moth's wings work as a jetpack in no grav, I couldn't catch him in open space.
The marauder is just to contain livrah the moment he scapd his exosuit prison kills the 3 who kited him in medbay in seconds
It's his weighted training armor. The motors in the mech are to resist his movements.
Without this suit Livrah becomes
Harder.
Better.
Faster.
Stronger.
He uses the suit as a decoy
Livrah when his targets are too fast for the mech: "Fine, I'll do it myself"

i thought mechs were shit for combat for how painfully clunky they are, but yet this man managed to be robust with mech, you have inspired me to make shitty mechs and get like 2 people killed before a guy beats my mech to death with a toolbox
The real trick with basic mechs and other similar things is to use your surroundings to your advantage. Try and get the crew to have to go through a bottleneck before they can get to you, never willingly fight in large, open areas where they can surround you.

@@nightmarechameleon7502 they should just give walls hp. I think wall girders are more robust against the mechs/hulks than a full one.

the way I see it, the glass is reinforced , since it's usually located on places that require a very sturdy material, meanwhile the rest of the walls that can be plowed through in one hit aren't security elements.

I find 9:43 to be so cinematic yet well done in a practical sense. Came in out the wall as your buddy runs past with crew on his tail. Immediately BTFO one of them and harry the nerves of the last one, ensuring your friend's survival.

looked quite aggravating how you would bolt and electrify doors only for the mech to go through the walls and crew to run into the doors.

Oh there i am, Pulls the Trigger. I think i actually survived that round by escaping to mining. I got to get back into the game. Great fun, the soundtrack just shows the true epicness of how you feel this gameplay really feels when you are in the heat of the moment.

Is it really that cheap on this server?
I play on paradise, you have to borrow other people's tc to even get the mauler normally but you can afford the gygax an assault pod beacon and a few little gadgets for what they give you on para.

Good job, the editing seemed to me to be less than usual this time around, but I applaud never leaving a man behind.
I wonder if we played at the same time.. I had a game fairly recently where the "war" was declared.. And one had a mech.. If so.. The gravity being taken down was my doing, same with making the SM blow up. ( Blowing the SM up was my way of dying in a glorious way XD ) That is.. Assuming this was the same round and same server.

Any specific reason why you did not smash the teleporter? it seemed like the disk holder was using it to warp around.

More likely it was a hand teleporter, smashing the actual teleporter does not stop someone from using a hand tele
