Idk if you know but to capture the scp you need to take them to the outer sec area (where helipad is). At the big doors, the scp should get teleported to the helipad and put in a box. Then you just guard that box until the time is up (timer looks like the ones on CI hacks). Then a helicopter will come pick the box up and take it away.

If you know, Using a nuke doesn't capture the SCPs, If you Nuke a helicopter will come and not spawn a box to capture the SCP, Hope you learned from your mistake.
