    First rode that in 1969, the rock section near the top seems to be gone, on the right it was a sheer drop off then with a wall on the left..trail was about 24 inches wide....I last rode it in 2015 and was amazed how easy it had become..also rode it in 1970 with about a foot of snow on the trail and at the dirt road at the top snow drift was 4 feet..you would fall over and disappear..some of it has been re-routed over the last 50 years..but all and all..still one of the toughest trails in Georgia...

      Yeah... it's not a good road to the top. The 1st time I went, it was sure I was lost!!!

    This looks like it's more fun and technical than Houston valley. It's a shame it's so short. How long of a trek is it and is there other trails nearby to ride as well?

      The video only showed part of what we rode. There was probably another 12 mile loop we did... not at technical, but it was some good riding.

    I feel like you cut out the best part of going to help your friend get up after the hard fall at 2:37

    how big is this area? How long are the trails?

      It's not a large area. We rode it one direction in the morning and reversed it in the afternoon. Seems like someone said at one point we had been about 12 miles on the loop.

    What is the correct address to get to that trail?

      @jwskms  3 года назад +2

      This is the address I got from google: 4212 Old CCC Camp Rd, Chatsworth, GA 30705... but where that stops, it was about a 1/4 mile over the hill past the cemetery and there was a gravel road on the left. The gravel road takes you all the way to the top of mountain and took about 15 min. once on the gravel road. Also, it was 4x4 road with lots of ruts and mud holes.
