Just a quick visit to some infamous and legendary areas of Harlem, NYC which is infamous and legendary itself. This video is wrongly called Welcome to Harlem New York and yet it only shows the Ralph Rangel apartment buildings.... Not a depiction of Harlem at all... barely 1/2 of 1 percent of Harlem is shown in this video.
