If this was in the Professional canon main game, I would quit and rage non-stopped. I don't use sniper rifle in this game, its way too strong especially on headshot with exclusive perk. sniping enemies just makes the game way too easy. Its why they program enemies to swarm you when you play on professional or higher. Even with these mods the enemies still don't react when being sniped from far away.

Hes using a aim mod that makes all the guns have no swaying and its all crit hits cuz the crosshair is always small. Red9 is really inaccurate even with the stock attachment in the base game without mods.
