    You said that this is their first project but they have decades of experience in real estate. Can you tell us more about that? What projects they have experience with?

      Certainly! While this might be their first independent project, they do have considerable experience in real estate. For instance, one of the partners, Mr. Kamal, still owns a real estate broking firm called Investors' Lab.

      @@HousingMarketWatch sorry for replying late but the reality is these reviewers have no answer to such questions. That's why I mentioned in my other comment that they are biased reviewers. Most likely paid reviewers like these make tall claims and poor buyers invest their money in such projects.

      @@whitehatrealty Do you even cross check before commenting ? Investors Lab is a broking firm that provides consultation with respect to buying and selling properties. This is the same team that sits at the site acting like sales team. They are not real estate developers nor they have past experience in real estate development. Again just to prove your credibility you lie at the drop of a hat.

      Godrej has indeed bid for a plot in Sector 12, but their bid was rejected recently. However, they may try again in the near future.

    First of all you are very biased reviewer.
    Pehla jhoot to ye hai ki construction ki speed achi hai 😂
    Rera kab register hua tha is project ka ? Dec 2022. 1 saal se zyada ho gaya abhi tak inki kahani podium pe atki hui hai. Buyers ko bas lolipop de rahe hai pichle 6 mahine se ki shuttering aane wali floor dalne shuru ho jayenge. Maven construction ke naam pe itna high price hai per sqft ka lekin ye nahi dikhta logo ko ki project 3 side se to ghira hua hai(fusion brook n rivelut + mahagun and eldeco group isko 3 side se cover kare huye hai).
    Sales team ke naam pe 3rd party broker hire kiye huye hai jinhone jhoot bolne me phd kari hui hai.
    Spring elmas naam hai but apring group se inka koi relation nahi.
    Jhoot kam bola karo.

      The company behind this project is not clean. I can not speak in public due to threats but you can find out yourself by tracing director and company history.
      Second, You can not find their office anywhere except the project location. Try and check yourself. They just sell through third-party agenciey which is located n sector 62. Lots of red flags. Happy to discuss further if anyone has questions.
